Good but not great
The overall experience for purchasing the car was excellent and far better than I expected. This aspect of the process was excellent. The handover and following experiences were less than stellar. The handover of an EV is different to buying a petrol/diesel as the cars are so different. The person doing the handover assumed I knew about the charging of the car which is simple but the process of using the chargers themselves is not if you are not told about them. As I result my first few days I was unable to charge the car. I ended up relying on Google!!! When I had a technical issue, the garages service department knowledge was inadequate and I again had to rely on the internet. The dealership needs to review its handover procedures and the technical knowledge of EVs.

My kodiaq was in for a end of warranty…
My kodiaq was in for a end of warranty check plus MOT and the staff kept me informed all the time. My only grump is I couldn't get a courtesy car and as I live in the country no car for 3 days was a bit tough.
