They got the car specifications correct for the order and the hand over was good. But the after sales service has not been great. I was told to expect an email regarding £300 credit and I have not heard anything about it since. I tried emailing but got no reply. I also noticed protect X was added to my bill without me asking for it.

Mr Meyer was very knowledgeable and directed me to the most appropriate car for my requirements.

Olaf was so lovely to me he helped me so much in deciding on my new car. He explained how it worked and went through everything with me. I was very impressed by him.

JC (Aberdeen) made commendable efforts to assist me from initial enquiry to product delivery. Two Sales Executives and two Sales Controllers all played a part in the process of guiding me through all the various options, and all were most accommodating – one even giving up his day off to be available for delivery. Helpful solutions and compromises were found for the various problems encountered during these difficult times (Covid & Ukraine), and the staff were actively supportive with respect to my slightly unusual requirements. I also was kept well informed of build progress and given a credible run through of the car’s assorted controls, and was given great help setting up the various ‘apps’ on my phone when I picked up the car. In short, ‘a good effort’!

I found the salesman to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained and answered all our questions about the car. I felt that he was genuinely interested in the customer and that I would have no hesitation in buying any future car from John Clark.

Bought my first car today from John Clark Motor Group (Volkswagen, Aberdeen) and the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. I was a little nervous with it being my first car, however, was greeted and supported through the whole process. At no point did I feel pressured into anything and couldn’t fault the service I received! Just want to say a huge thank you to Adam Szarek who was attentive to my wants and need in a new car and assisted me through the process!!

I was very impressed as to how the whole sales process went. Buying at a distance went very smoothly with a pre sale video of the car followed by another one once the car had been delivered. On top of that the price was very competitive.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They have sold me a vehicle with a fresh MOT and the car had no hand break, so stones bogus MOT, the car was dirty and massive oil leak despite me asking numerous times on the phone, as I live more than 200miles away, if the car was in perfect condition and being assuredthat it was by Alan the sales person, the chain was making a noise lots of defects with the car. When confronted the staff where the most despite full, uneducated, rude and unprofessional people I have ever met in my whole life. My car then went to their workshop and everytime I phoned in to ask for an estimated time for my car to be repaired I was only confronted by what I can only describe as mentally unstable people that would not give me an answer and the manager Ross has told me if I kept calling g to know about my car that he would block my number from the company's phone and the sales man Alan has put the phone down when I asked for updates. Many many phone calls for them not to tell me anything about my car.
Then the wheels were to be done and they have said that they would give me the money to do them somewhere else, so I provided the manager with the estimate I have got from the wheel repairs, as requested only to be told that I would not get the money unless I have an invoice. I have also made a complaint to the head office to which I have not had a response from, again exhibiting unprofessionalism.
They are just a bunch of lying, corrupt, ignorant, disrespectful and money sponge with no incline to costumer care or service.

I replaced my 335d for a new M340d, great customer service and supplied to me with in 6 weeks. 👍

Kept me updated throughout and helped me out with a loan car when needed.

A big thank you to all especially to Druv Dakhore for all his help and understanding have bought A6 Audi before from other dealerships but this has been a good experience from start to finish nothing was a problem and happy with car.
