I was looking for a new car but wasn't totally committed. The sales team were friendly and knowledgeable and not in the least pushy. I secured a fantastic deal and was kept informed at each stage of the build journey. They went above and beyond to handover the car at very short notice to suit my availability. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Contacted them a month prior to purchasing my car, Thorfinn was absolutely fantastic with the help provided to me to find the perfect car, one month later and ive just received the car, pristine condition and delivered safely to where I live. Fantastic customer service and in general very happy with the deal.

Any issues ive had has been dealt with swiftly and a quick turn around from deciding which car I'd like to having it delivered to me. Highly recommend.

Charming until they have your money, having harassed me to get the bank transfer ( cash buyer) done before the end of the month, got to get that commission, SEAT Ateca not ready for collection on agreed day, due to them " forgetting" the class of tax needed changing.
Car back in after 8 months with a faulty lock. Presented with an 8 hundred pounds plus quote for tyres and brakes, as "barely legal" . " Health Check" carried out without my knowledge or permission.This was a vehicle that apparently left the forecourt with full MOT ( No advisories) and service barely 8 months previously. Asked for faults on paintwork to also be checked at this time, on return, to collect my vehicle,was told by what I could only assume was a sales manager " we won't fix your paint work even as good will, you can contact SKODA UK ( It's a SEAT 🤪) if you like, you'll get nowhere!" This was obviously a response to me querying the mechanical state of my vehicle. Rude and unprofessional in a showroom full of customers.
SEAT UK have now been contacted, re the paintwork which is faulty, I have been told there is no record if me ever asking for the paintwork to be checked and SEAT Aberdeen have now announced to SEAT customer services there is " no goodwill" towards me as I have taken my vehicle elsewhere for subsequent MOT and service( Thanks Daniel Reid, true professional attitude in all your emails).
Why would I trust this bunch of cowboys anywhere near my vehicle ever again. It is currently under a trusted garage with 6 separate engine faults!
Avoid at all costs, after sales service truly appalling. Unfortunate when the vehicle is still under warranty and they fleeced me for other body work and alloy protection which is still ongoing!

Sales Executive Marcel Czurylo was helpful & very professional in answering all our questions. No topic regarding the Cupra was of any bother to Marcel who explained to me in detail & also set the Infotainment System which was a great help. Would have no hesitation in recommending Marcel to any of our friends or relatives.
