Friendly team, simple and straightforward to deal with

Great experience from start to finish on the purchase of my Octavia VRS estate. Dealt with Kerry at the Dundee branch throughout and he was a brilliant.

From start of enquiry to driving my new car away, everyone was very polite, friendly and courteous. No question or request was too much trouble for anyone to address.

The salesman was very patient and understanding off my needs after test driving a couple off cars the salesman managed to find the car I was looking for.

Overall I am well satisfied with the experience of buying a car from you. Scott was helpful and kept me abreast of development with the delivery schedule and also completion of the documentation. It would have been easier for a tachnophobe like me to have access to paper copies of the documents but I guess that does not seem to be available anywhere these days. The one thing that did disappointed me was on arrival for an arranged test drive there was not a car available for me. Scott explained that both cars were off-site due to use by other staff members.

Kerry was excellent throughout and assisted with the purchase well. From contacting regarding the car he was very fast to respond with a video of the card and talked us through the process. Very good service.

Got everything I wanted

I came up last week and bought a Honda at £15000 we were told by salesman that the car had a full mot but on checking it only had a few meths also I pointed out that there scratches and a dent and was told that it would be sorted by time I received the car the dent was done but was told that they were waiting on the touch up paint colour and would get ph call when in still waiting I ph several l times to speak to the salesman that dealt with us but was never getting call back then I got one but I wasn't in and was told he would ph back still waiting as you can understand when you pay all that money you would think you would get better service sorry to put such a negative comment down as I don't like doing it but when you spend all that money you expect to get the service

Having used john clark for a number of years now it still amazes me the high level of friendliness and professionalism that the staff show we dealt with scott Timmons and he was great too deal with and made our experience so gentle scott is a credit to the company.

The presentation of the vehicle was OK but, I was very disappointed with a misleading advert for the PCP offer. The advert lead me to believe that i got not only a cash contribution but also two services. But I was very surprised, more shocked, that I was charged for the two services.
I have purchased a number of new cars and services, if mentioned, were complimentary.
I questioned this on collection of the vehicle and was advised that the services were definitely not included in the offer price
I did consider, as I told you sales man, taking it to the trading standards and he advised me to contact Skoda customer services, which I did. That was just less than three weeks ago and I was advised that I could not speak to anyone and I would be contacted by email. So far nothing. Not good for after sales service
On reflection I am getting too old to be involved with the trading standards people I will put it down to some very dodgy sales methods.
The car is fine but the process has left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth

Love the new showroom layout and the staff were very friendly and helpful, it is easy to find a parking space as opposed to other showrooms around Dundee.

Your sales person, Daniel Ellwood, in the new premises in Dundee was extremely helpful, not at all pushy and took a lot of time with us when we were deciding on our new car. Although I believe he is quite a recent start he had an excellent pleasant manner and was very knowledgeable keeping us fully informed from the start of our purchase journey to the final delivery.
The car itself on handover by Daniel himself was in a virtually "as new condition", the valeting had been done well and we were both very pleased with the result.

I would also like to say that all the other members of Staff we spoke to we also very pleasant and helpful, a credit to John Clark Skoda, Dundee I would say.
