Bringing round the 2 cars we were considering. Even ,when the skoda we were buying was going to be a week after we had budgeted our time for, manage to get us a loaner.

The complete transaction was performed remotely. There was a lot of digital documents to complete which wasn't obvious why so many.
Unfortunately there were 2 small bits of damage to the vehicle on delivery. This though has now been sorted to my satisfaction.

Excellent communication from Matt. I recently cancelled a car order with a different company due to their lack of response and very poor customer support. Keeping a timely flow of information definitely makes the difference. Keep it up :)

Went to collect new car and although there was a problem caused by a former employee the matter was sorted out smoothly and successfully by the new sales controller and sales assistant who were more than helpful.

We were very happy with the service we received. We have had a number of Skodas previously . We have never had any problems.

I recently got my new Skoda Octavia from Skoda Aberdeen. I dealt with Jaclyn she was a joy to deal with, very professional, informative and honest. In the past I have had 2 BMWs from John Clark Aberdeen and my opinion I think the staff at BMW could take a leaf out the Skoda sales team book. Although my new Skoda was delayed due to parts shortages I was kept informed the whole time. The overall experience I received was excellent.

Jacklyn was very helpful dealing with the weird legal situation we had buying a car with a POA with my elderly mother- she stayed in our budget and offered a better warranty than their competitors. I also asked her to find a space emergency tire due to my remote location and drove to set up an exchange for me.

Last week, I purchased a Skoda Kodiaq L&K from John Clark Skoda Aberdeen. I was very pleased with how friendly and professional the sales executive was during the whole purchasing process.

Since I am from Northern Ireland, on the day of collection, they arranged for someone to pick my wife and me up from the train station and take us to the Skoda showroom.

The sales executive person took her time to walk us through everything we needed to know. There was no rush, and everything was transparent.

The car was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations.

Went to have a look if any cars can be available for me. Very helpful staff, got all info I needed and left 5 days later with new car.

We were very lucky indeed to have Aleksander Atanasov as our Salesman. He was very down to earth, honest, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. He made the whole buying experience a pleasure.
If there was any niggle, then this came from the Invoice itself, as it most certainly is NOT clear or simple. We purchased some additions, which did not appear on the invoice clearly. The price of these additions did not appear on the "Bottom Line", hence causing confusion as to the final total payable. Aleksander went through it with us and explained why these additions were not displayed properly in lay mans terms. Thus removing the confusion and giving us the ACTUAL total payable.
All in all I would recommend John Clark SKODA Aberdeen. I am very pleased with the car.

Extremely helpful in getting the right car for my needs. The model I had (L&K) was discontinued so the Skoda Team in Aberdeen ensured that my new car had everything my old car had. Thank you.

Alecsander was very helpful and attentive. With the minimum of fuss he guided us through the sales experience. All our questions were answered. The handover of our new vehicle was perfect as he took us through the various features of the newer model. Financial matters were dealt with and explained fully. Yes, we would use John Clark again.
