Vehicle booked in quickly, courtesy van provided. Work could not be completed as part in back order but was able to take my vehicle back at a suitable time.

Poor quality repairs, not fully checked after repair. Components refitted loosely resulting in breakdown within 30miles. Very slow response if they even answer the phone, waited almost a week for a call back.

Thanks Linsey, still no further contact even 2-1/2 weeks after your reply. Not a surprise as it took the garage 2 weeks to give me a price for repairs.

Clark's Commercial's Aberdeen were very efficient, honest, and straightforward to deal with.

We purchased a brand new VW Amarok from them in July this year, it had faults on it as soon as we drove it away. Wrong parts were then ordered / supplied to resolve the issues, so subsequently they had to be ordered again. Have just been told that one part will be December sometime, and the other they have no date for. Extremely poor service and quality from both JC and VW.

Warranty work ! If they can avoid it they will ! Beware Communication is really awful. I've had an intermittent problem for over a year with my AMAROK. I've done my fair share of complaining so i don't think they are very fond of me. Chris Hudson 10 years customer service adviser says they cant hear the problem. C.H. says make a Video of the noise, so i make multiple videos of the noise and bring the vehicle back. Then C.H. tells me sorry we cant accept the video we still need to hear it while driving it. C.H. says wait until the problem progresses, I ask C.H. why ask me to make me video it ? ( no response from C.H. ) Almost a year later I'm now I'm complaining to Volkswagen and the finance company both. John Clark Motor group knows its its turbo flutter and they verbally confirmed with me that what they hear in the video its turbo flutter. Chris Hudson stands his ground stating I can’t hear it. ( every one else can hear loud and clear ) I bring the vehicle in again, The mechanic go's on test run again and says it has to be turbo flutter so they order a part and book it in. I asked the mechanic and he confirms that the problem is 100% covered by warranty. I call the day before to make sure I'm booked in and ask how long they need the vehicle and they confirm about 4 hours. The day I bring it in, i ask the receptionist 2 times " they are definitely going to have this repaired today ? She replied both time YES !! " I said ill wait then because i don't want to drive your courtesy vehicle because its not an automatic and i also told her there's no sense in me driving and hour home just to drive back again. About 4 hours pass and i nicely ask her again " will you check on when the vehicle will be repaired its getting quite late" she go's to confirm with C.H. she comes back and says its booked in today but not sure what time. C.H. Knows I've been waiting there since the morning for 4
hours, he's aware of my presence. I get up and go ask C.H " what does booked in today mean and is the vehicle getting fixed today ? He says "its just booked in, we have the part, this does not mean its going to be repaired today and we are waiting to see if the part is under warranty" I told C.H. your well aware I've been waiting under the pretence that I'm expecting to get the vehicle repaired today. I ask C.H. why didn't you tell me that the vehicle might not be repaired today ? His response with an attitude was " We gave you a courtesy vehicle and you decided you wanted to wait " DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A 10 YEAR C.S. ADVISOR ??? NOT IN MY BOOK What a joke !!! C.H. in my opinion is passive aggressive person who knows exactly how to rub you the wrong way and upset you. He is good at it with lots of practice. I was so upset i had to ask for my keys and took my vehicle away back home. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE and if you do get everything in writing and record conversations because they constantly play stupid about who said what and when. One of the worst CS experiences of my life. I vote terminate C.H. and find someone else. Now they respond to this rating saying they will be in touch with me HAHA no one has been in touch with me. But hey i learned my lesson with John Clark Motor Group. This is what they do NOTHING !

Overall had a good experience with Clark Commercial’s only issue was VW being very poor to give a firm delivery date and it changing quite substantially

The service was carried out well and I got the car back quickly.

A reservation fee of £99 was accepted on a vehicle which was actually sold. I have asked the sales team several times to expedite the return of the said £99 but no action has been taken over a week later. Telephone calls and emails are not returned or actioned. The website clearly says the reservation fee is returnable if a purchase is not made but that appears to be incorrect

We only average about 4000 miles per year so only opted for a small service. Everything was conducted very professionally by all departments but despite knowledge beforehand what the charge would be I still think £234 is somewhat excessive for our needs.
However, the pick up, return and car valet was appreciated.

Great experience start to finish. Ben at the Aberdeen branch kept us informed throughout the order, build, arrival and collection.

By accident, we stranded with an old hired VW-campervan that had a motor breakdown at Clarks Commercial in Aberdeen. The garage provided us with every help they could: vehicle check, transfer to the railway station, possibility to leave the broken car there until towing was available etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us beyond what one could expect - even more remarkable as no real business for Clark was involved. We are very grateful for this unusual help and friendlyness, and in particular we want to thank Chris Hudson for everything he did for us! Next time when hiring a campervan in Scotland, we definitely will adress Clark.

Service was very good and all staff was polite and helpful unfortunately because the car had to be left I would have preferred if there was a courtesy car as I live in Macduff and had to travel by bus that's why I gave you a 4 Star

Stephen Shepherd was great and he kept me updated.

My motorhome is running like new after service and new timing belt!

The replacement Camera took a while to fit but importantly a good job was made, My thanks go to the technician who did the work, everyone was very polite. A bit of a shame the coffee machine was out of action
