Outstanding service throughout during the purchase of my new car, Lee Finnegan the sales executive was excellent , extremely helpful, answering all my questions and clearly explaining everything related to the purchase. The whole sales process was very quick and efficiently handled by Lee, and the handover was also comprehensive, with all important functions clearly demonstrated.This is the best experience I have had in my many years of car buying, and I would thoroughly recommend John Clark Tayside if you are considering a new vehicle.

Very straight forward process to arrange a business lease for a new i4. My online lease quotes were closely matched. The sales team were always available to answer my calls and provided updates when they were available. My car was delivered 1 month earlier than expected. The sales team took all the time both my wife and I needed to walk through the car system and to set up the app.

Scott found us the car we were looking for and Lee looked after us in Scott’s absence (annual leave).

Lee got in touch and kept us updated on the arrival of the car and did a very thorough handover.

This is now my 3rd visit to John Clark BMW Dundee and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I do have a local BMW dealer on my doorstep but the service provided by John Clark Tayside is second to none. I visited this time for service and warranty work and once again the Service team went above and beyond for me.
A special mention to Mark who helped rectify a warranty issue and also to Peter who kept me updated on the progress of the repair.

Alastair was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He kept us updated while finance took a while to go through on hand over day, showed me the ins and outs of my car to the smallest detail. Certainly made the most of my new car experience.

Scott was very good to deal with , friendly , knowledgeable and was able to find me a car in the spec I wanted and the price.

David was great from start to finish, he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood it all. He kept me informed at all times, and nothing was too much trouble for him, making handover day an enjoyable experience.

Very helpful in explaining process of finance and details about car. Nice clean showroom and presentation of car. Smooth transaction with paperwork and uplift of car.

Greg was also very polite and helpful through to delivery and also said he would be in contact in a weeks time to see how I was getting on with the car.

Took in everything I wanted and found the right car. Gave me all the options I needed and I got the car within 2 weeks.

Alastair was really helpful with trading in my car, sorting the number plates and took good care of me.

Initially service was good but after sales not so. We telephoned Pentland in Dundee yesterday to speak to a certain member of staff and as she was unavailable was told that she would return our call. We are still awaiting her call two days later.
