Have had dealings with bmw Tayside for years and always found the service very good and it continued again this time.

Service manager Andy is fantastic to deal with , always takes time to catch up on how your doing

Booked my bike in early and arranged to wait- offered coffee and passed the time looking at the bike stock and chatting to staff - pleasant environment and good staff - as always- bike was ready for me an hour later - more than happy with the service provided and always happy to recommend - thanks again.

We dealt with Scott during our time purchasing our new car at John Clark BMW Tayside - Scott and his colleagues were extremely helpful and attentive during our process of buying our new car and returning our existing cars, I can’t recommend the team at John Clark enough as they really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Bought a new R18 from Ryan and the transaction was first class.

dropped car at 07:55 and had to wait until 16:45 to collect the car.T he repair was to change a switch, I received text at 11: 30 saying the repair was in progress, you requested the car be in for 8:00 but only started the works until 11:30.

Just bought a Used Honda from this company, Had to wait two weeks for the bike, As it needed two new tyres, A Full Service and a Valet prior to collection
On day of collection the bike still had the flies on the Radiator grill and the front panels, and a mark on the seat, which were there from day of viewing the bike, It had new tyres and a shiny oil filter, due to being two hours from home couldn't be bothered fighting the lack of cleanliness of the bike, When i set of the bike had 8 miles of fuel so not the best start your new bike experience. Anyway, Got home after 100 mile trip and on going back out to the bike a day later battery was flat, I put the battery on Charge but i wont hold a charge, Salesman comment "Can you think why the battery would be flat as it was charged whilst being worked on and clearly started fine on Saturday?" So new battery at my expense to allow me to use the bike as dealer didn't even offer any help.
I then asked what was done on the service as i noticed some parts for the service interval hadnt been changed to be advised via email "As we are not a Honda dealer we would only ever conduct a basic service on any non BMW as these are not sold as approved used bikes which is why we can sell them at a lower price.
The service carried out would be a full safety inspection of the bike replacement tyres as agreed and an oil and filer change." Salesman had agreed to a full service and i have this on email oh and guess what no further contact has been made as bike sold and they have ignored 3 phone calls as they are always busy or on lunch our out the office and they will phone you back, Still waiting , So i have had to arrange and pay for a New battery and a service to ensure the service history is kept up to date. Wish i had went to another dealership to buy a bike.
Wife was due to go and buy a car this weekend from John Clark Motor Group but after this experience we have decided against doing so and cancelled the deal. wouldn't recommend John Clark to anyone as once the deal is done they seem to forget you very quickly.

Good communication during wait for new car

Everything was smooth and the result was positive

First in the UK to reply to email enquiry about my new car. Sales team very good throughout. Straightforward p/ex. For sure will use again in future.

Love the new 8series . Thank you Lee Finnagan for all your help , made everything so easy and a great experience buying our new car .
