helped us with property really quick, michelle.S she was helpful polite and respectful answered all questions and are happy working with her whilst accommodating with jigsaw homes.

The I bedroom property is so clean, neutral decoration and simply perfect. Thank you Shen for your patience and kindness. Your service and agency are outstanding. Thank you for organizing carpets and blinds. The gentleman was here , within 20 minutes. Very happy and Grateful

After quite a long drawn out process of exchanging housing, we finally moved after a year.
Katie was exceptionally good with dealing with our exchange once she had taken over. I found it so easy though that we did tenancy paperwork through email.

After a long drawn out complaint and In the end reaching out to the CEO who I can say contacted me personally. My complaint as nearly been resolved but I’d like to say Sarah (complaints) Craig and Ryan (repairs) Matthew and the CEO have outstanding customer service relationship management and listening skills showing empathy and understanding for the experience received previously and would like to say thank you. I know the SLT are now looking at how they can improve customer satisfaction to reduce complaints. Matthew the md is a true believer of the personal touch which is was fantastic to hear when called me to arrange to visit me at my property.

Great communication by Jigsaw, always helpful on the phone, no issues and were quick to respond.

Khadeja is a lovely polite women who shown me an amazing welcome to my new property. She made me feel comfortable at home even on my first visit before I moved in. Explain and guided me thru my settling in. Thank you khadeja you are a diamond and defo one of the best staff members I’ve ever come across from at new charter thank you for everything

Tried for the second time to register for online rent payment received email to say I already had an account and to reset my password received another email to reset password which I did and then tried to login but was told there was a error and this is supposed to be a quicker and easier way to pay my rent as I have had problems with the swipe card issued by jigsaw very frustrating and poor customer service

I recently swapped my flat , I was very happy with online signature process, very easy

cleaning very poor where i live there is still food was not been pickup for 2 months and its still there, no its in one of your buildings got pics a lot of them

Further to my previous comments regarding how little regard or care Jigsaw Homes have over how they carry out repairs to Leasehold properties. After approximately a 2 week wait after having a light sensor replaced and the person who carried out the work could not be bothered to wait or test that the replaced sensor was working,he just advised a owner occupier that the lights would go out after 5 minutes. WRONG. Had he did his job to a very basic level he would have realised the sensor he fitted would not go off and infact stayed permanently on until it was replaced yesterday with a fully operating one. Another example of how little they care and that there appears to no measures in place to ensure their workforce are performing their duties correctly and leaseholders are getting some value for the money they pay in maintenance charges which include a management charge. Shame on you again.... nearly 2 weeks of having all communal lights on due to the above for which we pay for!!!!NOT EVEN A RESPINSE FROM JIGSAW TO EXPLAIN WHY THE FIRST PERSON DID NOT STAY LING ENOUGH TO SEE IF SENSOR WAS WORKING. THIS IS SO TYPICAL UNFORTUNATELY

My sister just took over the tenancy agreement after the death of my father. However, prior to this after my fathers death we as a family were very anxious and obviously stressed about whether we would be eligible to stay at the property where my father was previously a tenant.
After speaking to jigsaw who as a whole were very sympathetic and supportive introduced us to Katie Wood who was the housing letting officer. All I could say is that Katie showed my family compassion and applied so much care it was unreal. She was always easy to get hold of and always gave positive answers, which in time extinguished all out anxieties and stresses. For someone to show so much care and empathy in todays post covid society is truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you Katie for help with the tenancy agreement being under my sisters name and you are always welcome in our home.

Why in the current housing crisis is there an empty habitle house stood empty for over 5 months now?
Would have thought Jigsaw Homes would need the rent apart from some family needing a permanent home !

I was offered affordable rates property with Jigsaw home. Katie wood was the housing officer who helped me with the move in. She was really great and she made sure everything was sorted before handed me the keys. I Love my new home and I can’t wait to make it my own with all the decorations ☺️

Stay away! Joke of a company. They couldn’t care less about their customers / tenants. Once they have your money they disappear and ignore all issues. Jigsaws attitudes towards people’s welfare and safety couldn’t be lower. An utter shambles and should be investigated in my opinion.

Trying to look at the rent to buy properties in Lancashire keep being fobbed off saying keep looking on Rightmove but nothing in Lancashire horrible communication

442 days to repair a roof where the valley had completely collapsed .Jigsaw homes repairs office at its best. They know all about this leak and have done since it first being reported ,they have had videos showing how much water ingress when raining but the office staff at the leigh office just keep making excuses as why they did not get round to it prior to today. At least the roofing team know what they are doing.

Jigsaw Homes have ruined my flat it is now uninhabitable after waiting over a year for emergency repairs. The roof is not fit for purpose and has been leaking into my flat kitchen for over a year. Everything in the kitchen has now been ruined. I constantly ring the Maintenance Repair Team and follow up by endless emails trying to get my roof fixed. I get endless excuses from them and no action. How long should you have to wait to get an emergency repair done ?? I own the flat but unfortunately Jigsaw Housing own the roof so I cannot get my own roofer to repair the roof which I would have done 15 months ago. I have put a claim in via Jigsaws Building Insurance since after waiting so long for a roof repair the complete kitchen now needs ripping out and replacing. How can you possibly treat people like this ?? it is not just myself that is suffering trying to get you to repair my roof but also my vulnerable tenant. Whenever it rains it rains into my kitchen via the broken concrete on the valleys of my roof. It would take you a day to repair the roof but you have made me wait over 15 months. Absolutely ridiculous situation. I would not recommend renting or buying a property that has any connection to Jigsaw Housing.
