Needed a 64gb MacBook Pro next day to deliver work for a client nowhere else even Apple direct could supply for at least 20+ days. Jigsaw24 came through❤️

Used to get excellent service from…

Used to get excellent service from Jigsaw (and still do from my contact there). But their new fulfilment company (DPD) has twice messed up my deliveries. Incomplete address, no customs notifications, resulting weeks of delays in receiving the goods. Completely lost confidence in the process as a result.

I had difficulty in receiving my ipad

I had difficulty in receiving my ipad. 1. You need to make the liason between departments more seamless. 2. After receiving the order confirmation, I received no further email regarding delivery or tracking. I would call this incompetent. 3. Phoning for information regarding my order was difficult- although people did try their best to get information. 4. Improve the liason between jigsaw24 and your supplier. This would have given me tracking and an estimated time / date ot arrival

Great service.

I recently needed to replace my iMac and decided on a new Mac Studio. I had a very specific configuration requirement which meant at least a 3 week wait ordering direct. I had used Jigsaw24 in the past, but probably not for 10 years. I am so glad I came back, the customer service was absolutely excellent (thank you Jamie) and they had the exact configuration in stock which was delivered the next day. All the way through there was great communication and the new Mac Studio arrived, via courier, at the time specified on the delivery message. Excellent 5 star service.

Avoid this time wasting company

Terrible experience with this company. After sending in my MacBook for repair, I received no communication whatsoever. I had to call multiple times for updates, only to be told they couldn’t provide any because I had to go through another company for updates.

When I finally got my MacBook back, the original issue was still there. They admitted they missed something and asked me to send it in again. Completely unacceptable—avoid this company at all costs.

Hi there Ash - really sorry for your experience - I've investigated your issue, it looks like your repair was organised by your insurance partner to be repaired by us. I apologise if it wasn't explained to you over the phone, but unfortunately we aren't allowed to discuss repair issues directly and repair updates should have come to you through your insurance service provider.

I have been informed the device was allocated a free collection service and was collected a second time, repaired with new parts and shipped back on 25th of September - if you're still experiencing issues I would advise contacting your insurance provider to arrange further repairs.

Slow response

Simple enquiry to sales team about a new iphone.....took ages to sort out waiting for a quote by email......ended up ordering online which worked fine!
