I purchased a lilac table during the EOFY sales but realised it was on pre-order. I emailed customer service to swap it for an in-stock option, which they initially agreed to. However, they later claimed there was a shipping price error and demanded I pay an extra $129.When I replied to ask why the fee was so high, they ignored my message entirely. Instead of addressing the issue, they shipped the item two days after I asked to cancel the order. Now, they are telling me I have to accept the delivery and ship it back if it did turn up.I am incredibly disappointed. I am a returning customer who previously loved their products, but this poor customer service has completely turned me away. I cannot recommend buying from them if this is how they treat loyal customers.

I had placed an order from this company for a kids table and chairs, when I went to click purchase the shipping fee and shipping option had populated without prior knowledge to it.

I had sent feedback to this company about it and they cancelled and refunded my order without consent. Upon further discussion when them they had no interest in bringing fourth a remedy about this, not even saying that I could put through another purchase.
This refund takes 10 days to come back to my account in which time I can't purchase another table and chairs for my daughter because I had set aside this money.

Upon further inspection into this company they also manipulate and control all reviews that are seen by their customers, giving no real feedback to potential buyers.
