I emailed Jaybe about a matteress I bought 2 years ago which I felt got a bit flimsy quite quickly for the price I paid. They Service team were brilliant and responded straight away, offering me a replacement as I had warranty. This show how well companies value and look after their customers.

They delt with my request and were very helpful

Ordered a mattress through Argos on the Tuesday 25th March told it would be delivered on Thursday 27th . Received a text last minute on Thursday say it’s been delayed we would receive it by Monday the 31st after receiving no information contacted Argos and told it would now be delivered by the 20th April and given the name of who was supplying and delivering the Matress so got in touch with them only to be told sorry stock problem no explanation why they haven’t been in touch as according to Argos they are supposed to have . Now none of this gives me a mattress to sleep on . So be warned do not use this company as they blame Argos and viceversa

Customer services replied to email almost immediately and solved my issue within 20 minutes. A great response from a very professional company.

I bought a Jay-Be Supreme occasional bed which arrived promptly and beautifully packed, but a small pack of fasteners was missing. I rang Jay-Be customer services (Jayne Armitage) who promised to send these fasteners quickly. Within 48 hours they had arrived with a spare second set and a 15% discount voucher against any future purchase. First Class customer service!

Having 'mislaid' the clamps that hold the Folding Bed together during storage, I contacted JAYBE to see if they could help. Although I had purchased the bed a few months previously, within a couple of days, I received a pair, in the post and free of charge.
