Excellent Service, engineer advise all what he had done got a good service and everything is in good working order no issues so that is very reassuring also had to rearrange initial appt and James Frew accommodate me .

Excellent experience…
Entire process from agreeing date thru to completion of the boiler service was very professional and smooth.
Staff always very helpful and responsive to enquiries. Engineer was very professional in carrying out the service.

Kerr was polite, professional and respectful to my property during the visit. He carried out all the checks and explained everything was in working order. He’s clearly knowledgeable and this was evident. I would recommend James Frew to everyone as it was best in class service.

I was well informed when service was going to happen, gas engineer arrived on time, was polite, informative, professional and left the work area clean and tidy, explained exactly what he had done before leaving, the gas engineer was a very good advert for James Frew as a company.

Excellent Professional Service
Have been using James Frew & Co for several years to service our Gas Central Heating System and found them to be very efficient and professional, Service Engineers have always came on time and you get several notifications which day they will be attending. The Engineers have been extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and trust worthy.

Excellent service
Same day visit to repair a fault in boiler. Required part which will take a few days but left boiler in a working condition for us meantime.
Very pleasant staff, reasonable pricing compared to other gas maintenance I have had. Highly recommend.
