Most impressive service
Highly recommend this company. Easy to use on line. Very user friendly. Boots were here a day earlier than expected. I had to return them as they were the wrong size. Tighter than expected. But very easy return service. Sent an email to say that I was returning them. Got a prompt reply and my new boots arrived two days later and are the perfect fit. So very pleased with the whole experience.

I have bought some boots which were at least £10 cheaper on this site than anywhere else I have looked. I would recommend this company for speed and reliability, but especially on price

A Company that doesn't put the boot in!
James & James offered trusted brands at great prices! The buying process was simple and I was kept up to date on when payment had been received & when my goods were dispatched.
The goods were accurately described and arrived in a short period of time.
