The company gives the impression that its shoes are made in America, but they are actually manufactured in China. I only discovered this after my order took a very long time to arrive, and the tracking information showed it was shipping from China. The shoes may be fine, but the lack of transparency about where they are made and shipped from was disappointing.

Very comfortable and no longer miserable!
Actually, I bought 2 pairs of these shoes a long time ago, maybe 3-4 years ago, but each of them didn't last coz the sole split into 2. After that, I still bought another 3 pairs for the past 2 years but from a different company which is the OrthoShoes. So far, they are still in good shape and never had a problem with my feet. They are very comfortable and my feet are no longer miserable! Being a nurse in a university hospital which is huge, with a long way to walk all the time, I can work five 12's in a row without being tired on my feet or legs. Lately, I bought another 3 pairs because I want to have a reserve 😁 This is the brand of shoes that I will forever have!

The people were really nice and respectful. They gave me a positive attitude toward on getting my partial refund. It would have been great to get the full refund but I appreciate it. At least I get the 30% and I am greatful. Ty for providing me with simple details.

I’ve never ordered shoes that fit me. These Comfort Ware ortho shoes fit me and I’ve never found a shoe or insole that corrected my plantar fasciitis. I have fallen arches and had plantar fasciitis. I stand on my feet a lot since I clean houses. These shoes have corrected my foot problems completely!

Putting the left shoe on was a breeze. I'm still in recovery mode from a right full hip/femur head replacement and unfortunately, a spiral fracture of the tibia/fibula of the right lower leg. Getting the right shoe on was monumental. It is too difficult for me. Naturally, I contacted OrthoShoes for a refund. When they explained their mission for corporation, I agreed to donate them to a shelter & accept a 30% refund.

I have had planters fasciitis as well as problems with pain on the bottom of my feet. I've had the shoes and the inserts for a week. No pain and fasciitis the brand lives up to it's name.
