Zero service client jai trouver un numero de téléphone qui fonctionne pas jai contacter le support pour essayer de changer de email parce qui appartient a ma mere et elle est pas capable de le récupérer en plus jai changer de cellulaire donc jai perdu mon authentificator je pouvais que me connecter avec mon compte google associer et maintenant le compte est bloquer parce qui pense que je suis la pour voler le compte jai perdu 2,3 compte depuis mon enfance et sérieusement jessaye de parler avec eux par email je croit que je fais sa pour rien comment une compagnie qui fais autant d'argent avec leurs abonnements peuvent pas avoir de service téléphonique pour leurs clients aucun service clientèles au canada 1900 total lvl dans poubelle avec des milliers d’heures et d’argent d’abonnement par mois pour mériter un service en retour misérable je vais pas en dire trop je suis fâcher ,ont peu pas parler a personne pour regler notre problème faut sa change sinon sais malheureux j’adore se jeux mais jai plus envie de contribuer a leurs réussites et finir par me sentir trahis je demande de laide et ils bloque le compte sans penser a tout se que la banque avant à l’intérieur j’espère vous allez vous améliorer. Fraudulent company, STAY AWAY!

This company delibaretly makes it impossible to stop your subscription. You can log in to play their game, but when you login to "manage your subscription" there seems to be an error with the server every single time. This company is fraudulent, STAY AWAY!

Jagex - awful company

Very disgusting company. My friend gave me some in-game wealth so I can catch up after big break. Today I found my account banned for 3 days and they state that they removed the wealth. They are talking about their game rules. But they themselves now actually have broken at least few laws with their actions. They have no right to remove any in game wealth without good proof as it now is basically a robbery. They stole time put into getting that wealth along with ruining my mood and emotional state.
I will bring this disgusting company to court and hope more people want to do the same. Companies like Jagex needs to realize that laws are above their game rules and they have to be obey them as well.

Poor Account Security & Support

Your account is easily compromised and you’ll lose everything. I had all security features on my account and it got hacked. I lost everything worth 30+ mil.
Can see the bank history where my godsword and bandos chest plate were sold. Wont ever pay for a membership again. Emailed customer support and was pretty much told tough luck since the 2 factor authentication wasn’t turned on after I got hacked. But it was when I did get hacked…

Awful customer support

Awful customer support. This is an understatement since there is no customer support aside from automated bots and support forms that are written by monkeys for 10-year-old kids.

Non-existant customer support

Jagex has awful customer support, and I cancelled my subscription because of it. They perm muted my account a few years ago and they still didn't tell me what I did wrong to deserve a permanent mute, perhaps because I actually didn't, and I have proof of it.

Apparently it's supposed to say why in the "Account History" page, but all it says is "Manual Permanent Mute". I clicked on it to "review the evidence", all it says is "We have sent you an inbox message to your message centre explaining this permanent mute.". I checked the message center, but no message about my mute is there, nor in my email.

They denied my appeal, still didn't tell me why, and I couldn't even email them to dispute it if they did tell me why because they don't let people email them UNLESS there's a payment problem. Goes to show where their priorities are.

If you go on reddit on 2007scape and look up 'perm muted for this', there's a comment by ModMatK saying they're "tempted to perm mute his account anyway" for something that happened on reddit and in-game what is an at most pretty minor offence. A clear example that power abuse most definitely happens behind the scenes.

On Glassdoor, the player support salary is around 20,000 euros annually, clearly they don't work here for the money. If Jagex wasn't so cheap, they could hire a better CS team.

pure trash service game is dying cause the devs are a bunce of plebs...i also got one of my account banned for literally NOTHING!!!!....then they go on to say we have evidence this and that but cant present it im just suppose to just accept i got banned CAUSE YOU SAID SO!!!! what a joke games dead and gonna DIE for good cause of this BS that takes place ALL THE TIME!!! im done with there service been a loyal paying customer for years only to get banned cause THEY SAID SO! pfffft unreal smh......

Jagex had a data breach and as result all my items were stolen. Whoever logged into my acocunt knew the password, which was different from any other password I use.

I asked them to return my items, and they basically told me to eff off.

A buddy gave me a large amount of gold to get back up and running and then they sent me a message saying I did RWT and next time I would be banned, Now I'm afraid to make large trades...

These people suck... and arent willing to compete with black market prices. Every MOD on twitter is a nerd power struggle loser.

Absolutely terrible customer support

Absolutely terrible customer support. No way to contact them via their website so you have to go to "jagexsupport" on twitter. After getting 1 or 2 if you are lucky automated replies from one of their social media staff they will proceed to ignore every other tweet to them after that no matter how badly you need them, no matter if they have streased you out to the point of no return. Absolutely terrible horrid service.

My oldest osrs account got hacked, i don't know for how long but i realized recently, when i went to login the hacker got it banned in 2021 (last time i played was either 2019 or 2020 but definitely not 2021). I tried to appeal it stating my account was hacked, what do you know? A mod swoops in stating "the ban was correct we have manually reviewed it blah blah blah" i honestly can not think of a single reason why whyy whyyyyyyy Jagex refuse to unban innocent players and lie about evidence. How could this possibly be benefitting them????? How????????????

On top of this my 2nd osrs account was also banned last year, i was training slayer on lunar isle, playing 100% manually not even a single bit of afk because if you try to afk here u will die on this task. Also, i was playing on the original Jagex client not even any 3rd party one. Next thing you know i DC and it says macroing major. Again appeal denied by Mod Elisieu the Mod with the invisible evidence in his fantasy world bloody liar!!!!!!!

I wish all of the players would unite together against Jagex for this unacceptable vile customer support

Jagex effectively stole money from me

I ended up buying some members bonds to get a bit of in-game currency. After a few days, Jagex hit my account with a charge back, which not only locked me out of the account, but before it did, Jagex stripped my character of all member items, my gold trimmed armor sets, my weapons, and nearly 50mil from my in-game bank. All I had left was non-member items. The weird part was there was still money in my bank, so my account wasn't hacked. After a week of back and forth through support tickets, paying the "overdue" amount on my account, and even having to go so far as to use Razer Gold to end up paying for it, what am I left with? No items, gold, weapons, armor. No anything. When I reached out to Jagex, they told me that because I traded the members bonds, they wouldn't reimburse me, and that my items were "lost" and how they can't help you recover items. They even went so far as to verify that my account wasn't hacked/hijacked, they just didn't want to help me. Jagex effectively stole $70 dollars from me. This makes me doubly mad as I had recently began playing again so I could have a game I can play with friends of mine who I never see anymore. I had a better time with support calling Nintendo in 2021 to ask for support with a broken N64 my buddy had. As archaic and out of touch as Nintendo are, they *still* provided me with a better experience.

where is the customer support

Jagex has ZERO way to contact them. i play runescape and have experienced several game breaking bugs which stop me playing the game that i pay to play.
I've posted several times on their forums only for it to be removed by some kid with power that doesn't even work for the company. Jagex will only leave up good reviews on its websites and removes anything negative.

No player support at all, only billing support, can ban player without clear evidence/rule breaking and unappealable because of not having any player support.
