Me and my husband living in the UK have been trying for a child for over 5 years now. We were recommended this clinic by a friend. Having looked at their website and reviews we too decided to try IVF Turkey and how pleased we are that we did. The customer service was exceptional, in particular with co ordinator DERYA. She was in touch via WhatsApp, but so prompt with her replies. At times I forgot their was a 3hour time difference because DERYA was always speedy with her replies. She explained everything to the core and we decided to go ahead with this. We traveled to Turkey and stayed there for 3 weeks.
The clinic itself was very clean and all staff very professional and helpful. Dr MERICK was absolutely brilliant and very thorough and helpful through out the treatment.
We have returned with good results as we hoped.
I would like to thank all at IVF Turkey for their help and support but in particular DERYA! She was one of the main reasons we decided to go ahead with IVF Turkey. Her customer service was brilliant! It really went a long way as it helps with the whole process abs she puts you at ease. Nothing was too much for her. Can not flaw it at all. She was an absolute gem and even since returning back to the UK I have had a few questions and she’s been very supportive! I again would like to thank DR MERICK for all his support. Both are great assets to the company!

We went Jimamed hospital for IVF treatment from the first day everthing went so smoothly doctors nurses all staff were very friendly we have Zuhal for UK contact she’s been so friendly and helpful..
We strongly recommend this hospital if anyone going for IVF treatment cost is reasonable that you can afford easily….5 stars for them👍🏻

My husband and I decided that we want children so we went with the double embryo transfer in Istanbul with the Jinamed Hospital. The staff, nurses and the doctor were extremely friendly and supportive on our first day. Especially Yusuf. Yusuf was very friendly and understanding the whole time. Our UK point of contact was Zuhal and Zuhal has been extremely kind and supportive throughout our whole IVF journey. Zuhal is a great listener, empathetic and great at communicating and answering all of our questions. She’s also so approachable no matter what time of the day it is! The hospital staff and the doctor were so supportive and kind and careful during the embryo transfer. Alhamdulillah we’re happy to say that we’re pregnant! This is our first IVF cycle MashAllah. Jinamed hospital Dr Meric and everyone including our driver Ozzie who picked us up from the airport which had been organised by the hospital were all very supportive and nice people. So thank you. We highly recommend it.

From the beginning right to the end, all the staff were so kind, ready to help and made the whole treatment so comfortable. From Zuhal to Derya to Humeira to the doctor himself Dr Meric to all the staff at the hospital spoke good English which was so helpful, I was kept well informed of my progress and things were done swiftly but calmly to make the whole process go smoothly and made me feel really at ease. For anybody looking into ivf, it seems so scary and hard but honestly it would not have been possible without the genuinity of the whole team at the Ota and Jinened Hastanesi.

This is an amazing clinic, I had a great experience. Was under the care of an amazing doctor, Dr Meric, who was just outstanding. I also had a great support system from other team members like Viktorya and Omar. I would definitely recommend this place. A big thanks to the entire team.

Dr Teksen performed a surgery removing endometriosis and he is absolutely amazing. The surgery went really well and I had a speedy recovery. All the staff at the clinic were very attentive and helpful.
Ozzy was my coordinator in Istanbul and went above and beyond his duties to make me feel comfortable.
Zuhal was my coordinator in the UK and has been kindly assisting me for several weeks prior to flying to Istanbul.

Amazing place and a great experience, after desperation and already tried one centre in izmir I googled ivf turkey and found zuhals number. On a Sunday after asking my questions which she answered in a very professional and assuring manner.
I decided to try this centre on my first I already developed trust and had hope tha could work. Alhumdullila after 13 of trying Allah has granted me and my husband a miracle.
If anyone is hesitant I would give all my trust in them again and try again for my second baby without hesitation.

The best IVF center I dealt with the doctor Professor Eric is a very nice person and very helpful and supportive we had many trials before worldwide but I never find such perfect and nice atmosphere like this before. Also I don't want to forget giving special thanks to the most nice and supportive women Derya and Melissa really thank you very much for what you did to us really you are our second family in Turkey.

I have been assisted by Zuhal Tascioglu in the London branch for three months from talking about the treatment to when we will start and how the process of the treatment will be. This was a very emotional journey for me and my husband and the support was just beyond explanation. Phone calls where answered and help was given as within that day. When I started the treatment Zuhal assured me that the team will be side by side each step also in turkey just the way Zuhal was during the treatment in the UK. Making sure all my appointments and results where dealt with with a click of a finger. I was updated as I was going along and my understanding to the IVF treatment became more stronger the confidence level grew and there I was in turkey going for the actual process. I was introduced to the team and the main wonderful lady Derya who assisted us through out the appointments and kept in contact daily via emails and messages aswel as Zuhal all the way from UK at the time. They all worked amazingly as a team as their patients I am very pleased with the whole process the treatment that was given to me and the after care was absolutely on point. Thank you Derya for being the best person and understanding my needs I can not stress enough how good these people made me feel. They make you feel apart of them as family and with our success it’s like they have succeeded the happiness in them is shown a lot more to us which makes us feel more happy. If I was to recommend any of my family members I would not hesitate one little bit to refer re them to Zuhal as she is just excellent in what she does and how she handles things. A big big thank you to Zuhal once again we are very happy couple and a special thanks to Derya all the way in turkey. You are absolutely fabulous and we are very happy with your greetings and all your hard work. Thank you IVF turkey for having such amazing employee who make us feel at comfort. This is our 3rd attempt of IVF. We had 1 success four years ago and 1 failed attempt last year in August 2020. Since in our State IVF is not covered by insurance, we wanted to try the 3rd one in other country. We decided to go to Turkey. We did Google search and we came across “IVF Turkey” and we contacted them. It was the best decision and we get hold of Zuhal who became our coordinator. “ Zuhal” was communicating with us from the beginning all the way to the end of our journey. Zuhal arranged everything for us including ride and hotel. Everything was smooth! Once we arrived in Istanbul, Ozzy was waiting for us at Airport and brought us home. The next day Ozzy took us to the clinic and met with whole team. We were welcomed very well. The whole team was great and professional. We met with Dr. Karacan and he told us how to proceed for there. With help of Allah and this great people, my wife is pregnant now. Thank you Zuhal, Ozzy, Darya, Tanya and all of you who were involved in our IVF treatment. I definitely recommend this place for IVF treatment without any reservation. Where do I even start. After thanking Allah(swt) I would like to show my humble appreciation to this an exquisite environment and services of IVF Turkey. From the warm welcoming of the hospital stuff and translators, to the easy check-in process into the system, to the kind service of the nurses it has been truly amazing. specially derya she was there from the beginning till the last minute, Also it has been my greatest experience with the most experienced and warm-hearted doctor in Turkey. special thanks to doctor Meric Karacan, derya and the whole team of IVF turkey for their excellence, assistance and professionalism. I would recommend IVF Turkey service to anyone.

I wish I'd never wasted my chances, time and energy at this place. Victoria bitmish from unitamed tried to talk me into choosing this clinic. did not guide me well. So i had to cancel my flight from abroad 3 hours before. It cost me a lot of money. She makes comments that are inappropriate and personal, when you ask her to do her job diligently. During consultations she is staring into her phone instead of translating. She is only talking about the costs and the money, instead of answering important questions.
I didn't like the doctor too. He failed to address the most important problem that i had. The implantation problem. Instead we used the same approach as we did in past. Why travel for this abroad. I don't recommend this clinic

Whatever I could I would do to help her not being stressed and always think positive she won’t believe me
Until I had enough and took her health seriously,

One day I decided to fined a good clinic or hospital in TURKY which was and an easy travel option for us
When googling this place had more positive feedback from clients from the Uk and everywhere
Finally got my call directed to Zuhal who spends half time in the Uk , half in turkey

First of all, I thank God and then thank brother Ozgur Demir for his distinguished treatment. From the first day I met him, he made me feel comfortable.
A very professional and great doctor I've ever seen and so are the staff. We did the IVF treatment and my wife is 4 months pregnant now it’s not enough words to tell about this great doctor. It’s really A+, thank you Professor.Dr.Alparslan and Mr. Ozgur Demir and All the staff

After 4 failed IVF treatment IVF Turkey was our last hope, i contacted Mr Ozgur Demir and he was very helpful and professional we could know all the info and details before travel, then we started the treatment with dr meric and i made micro tese with Dr Erkan
from my long and painful experiance in IVf i recommend to do it in the right place with the right people IVF Turkey Unitamed has the best patient coordinator Mr Ozgur Demir"Ozzy" and best doctors like Dr Meric and the best urologist ever Dr Erkan thanks to god first and them second we are waiting our lovely baby to come

I got to know the hospital through the internet. I was looking for an alternative to India, because due to COVID travel restrictions around the world, we could no longer go to Dr. Nayana Patel's hospital in 🇮🇳 India, which was our choice from 2018. So, looking for a country that offers visas to ours and that does not cost us so much, I came across IVF-TURKEY, which resulted in a GREAT DECISION. The first thing that encouraged us to choose them is how simple and relaxing they got the whole process fixed.
They helped us from obtaining the visa, to booking the hotel and transferring to it. Taking all stress out of it so we could focus only on our objective which is the treatment.

From the first email I received from Jinemed, I felt safe and confident. VIKTORYA BITMISH has been very professional from minute zero and very hospitable. She made me feel like I am really dealing with a friend and not with an international patient coordinator. She and HALIL helped us from our homeland until our arrival in Turkey. The hospital staff were no different from them. DENIZ, MERVE, NERVIN, OZGUR and OMER were very kind and cheerful.
My husband was shocked and relieved about how relaxed I was during the whole treatment. The staff really made me feel comfortable, always ready to help and clarify all our doubts. My doubts, nervousness and panic were left somewhere between the airport and the hotel😅. All the staff who attended us always had a smile on their lips, the treatment was so close and made us feel so good that I enjoyed it very much. I felt as comfortable as home.
Today as I’ve confirmed my pregnancy, I still can't even believe it. For me is a MIRACLE. JESUCHRIST lead me to JINEMED to have my dream come true 😇😇😇😇I’m overwhelmed and GRATEFUL BEYOND WORDS.

After 10 years of marriage and lot of efforts i did, i am pregnant with first child and it was with the very first try in your hospital. I am beyond thankfull first with God and with all of you. Totally recommended.

I still remember when I was told by Ugur, after first ultrasound at IVF Turkey, that "even 1 follicle can do the job". He coordinated and supported me throughout the summer, and once we got an opportunity, we flew away to Turkey.
When we started stimulating ovaries, new follicles started to appear...and we could retrieve 6 follicles, out of which 2 became day 5 blastocyst.
Several times I was thinking to stop stimulation and always would be given a choice and support from IVF Turkey team. Those guys dont just work, they truely enjoy what they do and even when Im back to my country, I would always have been asked about my well-being :). They would always be there around you, answer your call/ message at any time and that makes you feel really secure and relaxed. My sincere "Thank you" to Ugur, Ozgur, Viktoria and of course, prof. Meric Karacan, who performed just beyond my expectations. The professor will be honest and concise with you. They cut all unnecessary blood tests. Just trust their experience. And never lose hope!

Highly professional and super friendly staff, including their doctors, coordinators and nurses. I visited their Istanbul clinic twice for two ivf treatments and had a positive pregnancy test on my second attempt. All the staff were able to work efficiently and professionally despite the covid restrictions and rules. Everyone was always very responsive and attentive from the time I made the initial enquiry till after the treatment. I was given accurate and clear advice at each stage of the treatment. The clinic in Istanbul is a modern and spotless building where I always felt safe and wonderfully treated. Overall I had an amazing experience with unitamed fertility department and can’t recommend them high enough. A huge and sincere thank you to honorable Dr Karacan, lovely Gizem and Zuhal, friendly Ozzy and Nevin and their hardworking team nurses.

Myself and my wife were recommended to IVF Turkey and the Jinemed hospital in Besiktas Istanbul by family friends in Yorkshire (UK), who had used the centre successfully on multiple occasions.

All I can say is that we were treated amazingly with the human touch like our own family, the medical expertise is without doubt better than the UK (frankly) and the attention we received was truly heart warming and touching. It is an experience we will never forget, and we are the proud and grateful recipients of a twins pregnancy (early stage).

We were looked after before we went to Istanbul by Zuhal and Gizem, brilliantly by the wonderful Ozghur (Ozzy) and Nevin, as well as Merve, Deniz and the nursing team at the Jinemed Hospital. I have a number of Doctors in my family, and the Professors are world class.

Anyone considering using IVF Turkey's services should NOT hesitate, we went during September October 2020, and there is little or no Covid issue in Istanbul, a bustling and beautiful place, the accommodation provided was excellent and convenient, we suggest you stay near the hospital, and prefer an apartment to a hotel if possible.

What can we say, may Allah continue to bless our pregnancy top a full term birth with two happy and healthy babies inshallah, and may Allah bless these truly wonderful, truly amazing team - IVF Turkey Bravo - and THANK YOU for everything.
