What a rubbish place to buy anything. It was hard to get to the payment, the website was not working finally got through, and I got a passport easier than this. Manged to get through and then they say its out of stock! What a rubbish outfit this is

Sometimes items in an order are sent out separately because they come from different locations or suppliers, or due to size and weight considerations. This can mean they arrive on different vans. Whilst we completely understand the inconvenience of this, sometimes this is unavoidable - I will however liaise with the courier on this.
