That’s not fair I ordered a click and collect as was in the area and have been following ITs for sometime.
When I arrived at the store busting for a wee ( let’s be honest most men of a certain age) to be told that they have no customer toilet. I explained that I would like to look round and likely to spen a few quid . To be told the nearest toilet was over the road at KFC . That was enough for me to pick up my order and go. Sad as it won’t make me want to rush back .
I don’t understand why builders merchants and trade shops don’t have at lest one toilet you can use in desperation. !!!

Used ITS to click and collect a Milwaukee mini chain saw, so quick, took less than 5 minutes to park collect and leave.

Very happy with the service however using the post code we ended up on a business estate at the rear of the sight and had to phone the shop for further directions .
