101HD Speedy Steam Press

After reading a few reviews about this company, and my own experience at that time I gave a 1 star review. However since then I have decided to update that to a 4 star review as the company have been excellent in contacting me and addressing my concerns. Customer services ted me with my tracking number and within two days my Press was delivered. I have not had the opportunity to use this as yet but I will update this review when I do. However I also purchased a compatable stand to go with the press that I am not happy with. The stand itself extends to raise the press, but I still have to stoop to operate it, and I'm only 5'-5" tall.

There is no way to give negative stars…

There is no way to give negative stars otherwise could have given more than 100 negative starts
Place order about 3 weeks before, when we place the order promised that it will be delivery with in 3 to 5 working days
Customer service Telephone number you call goes to answering machine
If you email them reply is very slow or none until you send reminder
Overall never recommend this company to do any purchase

Fraud and lies - do not prepay!!

Last year we ordered and prepaid a steamer with Ironingsupplies.com and they promised it would arrive within 5 days.
After 8 days it had still not arrived and we contacted the company and was told something had gone wrong, since they had sent it.
We asked for a tracking number which they could not provide and promised us to send the item again.
We waited for another 14 days for a replacement, but this also never came and we requested to have our money refunded.
This was promised again and again, by customer service and their financial departement and we finally ended up with no steamer and no money.
We have filed a claim of fraud with the UK police and Action Fraud and at the moment we have just released the case to our lawyer for legal action.
Ironing supplies has repeatedly pretended to be willing to refund our money, but since it has now been almost 1½ year we believe they are scamming people and companies.

As our company is in Denmark we will of course also warn danish customers not to buy from Ironingsupplies.
