One of best mini Pcs factor who give quality price value

This is just to say a big thank you to Andy for his excellent customer service I contacted GMK because I needed to find a small part for the pellet probe of my stoeger xm1. I could not find the Allen bolt with brass washer/spacer so I sent this description to them and received an answer very quickly from Andy along with a photo of the part which was spot on which will allow me to reassemble my air rifle. This was first class service and excellent customer service as I have previously stated so yet again a big thank you Andy.

Brilliant company.

An untrustworthy, deceptive operator.
I have an ongoing situation with this company. Having returned a faulty rifle, that could well have been stored / handled without due care, GMK have blamed me for poor storage. I should have returned the rifle after the first set of rounds rather than persevere for 100 rounds approx.
Fortunately some of my customers are RFD's / Gunsmiths so I'll have the remedial work done or at least a detailed report to pursue GMK and the manufacturer.

Obviously not interested in customer service or satisfaction.
Unhelpful in the extreme.

My £9500 new DT11 they supplied was actually made from various guns and was second hand damaged and missing parts.

Booked in for MOT at 8.30am. No one there. Spoke to unit next door who told me that all they do for MOTs is to drive it to Downton service station. So I headed there and GMK had not booked it in. Fortunately, they squeezed me in. I'll be going to Downton in future - GMK are a total waste of time. They really could have let me know

Local dealer ordered a new gun for me that I needed for the weekend. Arrived in plenty of time BUT WRONG gun sent! With the strict rules on firearms how can you get that wrong. Doesn't give any confidence in their customer service.

This is a tale that has been going on for over a week now I am trying to buy a shotgun from my local dealer.. I ask my local store to contact to see if they would supply some pics of the shotgun I wanted so I could view the different types of pattern of grain they said no problem a week went by no pics the store phoned them again the said they forgot and would take some store told the person on the phone witch model and a discription of the type of grain I was looking for for the pics to send no pics were sent only to go into the store to day and to find they have sent a shotgun over that the store never asked to send only pics and the gun they sent was not even close to the dicription that the store ask for. At the moment I am at a loss off what to think of this company the gun is over £3200 all I am asking is for them to take a few pics of the guns they have in stock.I have tried to contact them with no reply. The owner of the store I am perchasing the gun from has tried his best no one seems to be listening to him he now has a gun to return that he did not ask them to send in the first place. I love the gun all I want to do is choose the stock I want for some thing that is costing me over £3000 is that to much to ask!!
