Very good company have ordered 3 golf trolleys for myself and friends over the last few months and had my order in 6 days which is very good when some courier companys are very slow when coming from different county's

This company has been the worst company i have ever had to deal with.I have been waiting six weeks for my delievery and was unable to get any customer service support other than automated replies. I would advise against anyone purchasing from this company. I managed to get my money back through chargeback on my credit card. Avoid this company.

Ordered a pool on 28th May still not received it and cannot get a reply on email!

I have been trying to get an answer from them for a couple of weeks now. The exercise bike I bought is not fit for use, and I cant get a response from them. All the same automated reply and asking you to make sure you give all the details needed. Its just pathetic, I think everyone needs to drive to the premises and protest outside for such lack of interest in the goods that they have sold people and the money they have taken from us. I wish I had known about this trouble people are having before I bought anything, I would have stayed well clear

Terrible customer service and no idea where my order is

Awful customer Service. I ordered a pool on June 1st, got a dispatched item email on 4th June and so far no sign of any pool, no sign of an email to explain where it might be and no answer to my request to cancel the order.
I really wish I had read these reviews before purchasing - I would not have used this company

Terrible customer service. I have emailed 6 times regarding my order that has been delayed by well over a month and no reply. Will definitely not be purchasing from here again.

Relieved to finally receive trampoline. 4 weeks delivery, everything appears to have arrived. Very poor contact through email, only got auto responses. But product looks good. Thks.

I ordered a Treadmill, Bike, and Elliptical which arrived very quickly. After using the bike for less that 100km the pedal mechanism broke, no big deal I got onto the company looking for a replacement / repair / refund on 09/04. Their customer support reply times are delayed due to Covid 19, no big deal very understandable, but its now 17/06 and I am stuck in the slowest back and forth email correspondence of my life. Trying to get a refund for a faulty product is becoming impossible. I'm going to contact the credit card company to see if there is anything they they can do as I view the current lack of interest from sports warehouse as a blatant violation of statutory obligations.

Wrong order arrived. Some items missing. Owed money since I originally paid for a more expensive trampoline. Sending email after email and not getting a response now for weeks.

I placed an order on May 10th. and now on June 17th. I still have no idea of where it is. On May 15th. I got an email saying my order has shipped, then on the same day another one saying ignore the last email as it was human error. I contacted them on June 8th. and got 2 automated replies on June 11th. Thank you for contacting us Blah-Blah and no personal touch, they don't even address the individual just "Hello". I am disgusted now and I am wondering have I been scammed out of nearly €600.

Still haven’t received my order and I have been unable to get a response, despite several emails being sent. Phone lines are still down

Ordered a threadmill was late arriving in these times that is understandable however it was completely damaged and after sending 6 emails 1 every working day since delivery, I still have heard nothing back ...I would of been happy to have it replaced but now they can have it back and I'll take a refund ...terrible that they cant string together anything that resembles customer care

Ordered a Spin Bike at the start of May. Not in stock until June 1st. That's ok I thought considering the times we are living in. Got an email saying spin bike was dispatched on the 1st June. Excellent I thought. Not so excellent though as two weeks later I still haven't received anything and as others have said I just keep getting automated emails back.
I'm thinking about contacting bank for a charge back but part of me thinks it will be delivered eventually. Though to be honest at this stage I'm not sure I even want their goods, I'd nearly prefer to get by money back and buy Irish. Honestly, if I had known they were not an Irish company I would never have bought from them.

Edit...Ok so this is a bit weird...I only just posted this review and literally 5 mins later I had a knock at the door and it was a delivery guy with the spin bike. I'm mean seriously that is a bit Twilight zone territory!!
Anyway the bike has been delivered and I will give an update on quality later. I'm actually a bit freaked out how eerie that was!

I purchased a easy curl bar. They said it would be a 3-4 weeks and it was. I had actually forgotten about it!
It arrived as described good quality and value for money.

I placed an order with them on the 15th May, to this date I am still to receive the order, even thou at time of purchase of the BBQ, it was said to be in stock. I then received further notifaction on the 3rd of June that the item had been shipped. To this day I am still to receive it, I have emailed numerous times requesting an update but not getting a response. Extremely bad customer service even during these times....

Ordered a trampoline a month ago. in the evening cancelled it in the morning sent numerous e mails automated reply every time can't phone as they have switched the phone off is it time to send in the sheriffs

1 star now bumped up to 3 stars as they delivered the part... it's a shame their customer service lacked because people are very forgiving if emailed back and informed of delays. I wouldn't order from them again even though in the end the bike is grand. Good products bad service.

I finally got a reply today.
After emailing daily, finally. The bike was shipped to me May 18th, it's now June 22...

Bought a bike and it arrived with faulty parts / part not supplied to connect seat to bike - rendering bike useless. Since then, I sent emails, so many, and got dubious 'automated' replies - I say dubious because sometimes these 'automated' replies arrive 2 - 3 days after email or contact form was sent, sometimes 5 minutes...
You can't ring them allegedly because they have "closed their call centre due to covid-19" but restrictions lifted for this area of business so it's another dubious element.
I've asked for either a replacement part/a replacement bike or a full refund during the past month, allowing them options to offer me, but no reply from a human to rectify this.
I am obligated to inform anyone wanting to buy from this company of my situation, as I would not want anyone to go through the anxiety and stress I have gone through, with hundreds of euro down the drain and no one from this company willing to help. Horrible experience so far. My money is gone, and I have a broken bike, it's not right.

Ordered bike 5 weeks ago, still no sign of it or status where its at. No one answers phone when calling and it takes like 2 days to respond to your email with responses that are not very helpful or helps resolve situation.
