My delivery was canceled before it was scheduled due to damaged items. Noone told me until I asked. Have had to chase numerous times and was advised delivery would be tomorrow. Just advised the chairs are not available. Not great when you spend over £1300! Delivery within 10 days, bull!! Been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting 😠 😡

I ordered a table and bench as a Christmas present for my son. They were great quality, delivered on time and easy to assemble. Although not cheap, they are very good value for money.
About 5 weeks later, my son told me two little screws were missing, not a problem they're only used for an optional extender leaf, but the company were great, got them sent on to me. Great customer service 10/10

I am always sceptical about buying larger pieces of furniture online, but this company and their goods are outstanding. I ordered a dining furniture set and it is great but the delivery service was a nightmare. I had to pre-order parts of the furniture and then the delivery date was not met. It took several phone calls to chase the order and in the end was almost 3 weeks late. When finally delivered part of order was missing which meant another 5 days delay for next delay. Reason given for delivery problems was my postcode which is a DD11 so a pretty standard delivery location. Was offered a £30 voucher for the website as a good will gesture.

Everything was smooth running and an easy process. I love my new dining table

The item was exactly as described and delivered on time on the given date just before Christmas with zero fuss.
