Excellent company to deal with, very efficient. The furniture is beautiful and I am delighted with it

The delivery driver phoned ahead to advise us of the precise time of delivery. He was courteous when unloading tge furniture. When the covers weren't delivered on the same day, I phoned up inside out and my phone call was answered swiftly and they were able to chase up my order. The telephone operators were extremely polite and helpful.

We're really happy with our garden fire pit table and the price was good. We did have issues with the delivery as the item was damaged in transit, but a replacement was found pretty quickly. It was refreshing to be able to email a person who responded quickly and compensation was offered when we had to take receipt of ex-display item. I would say do order early if you have a special event coming up, as it's a fairly long wait (2 weeks) for delivery of large items.

We had excellent customer service. The team answered all my email queries very timely. The dining set arrived well packaged and we are very pleased with it.

Ordering was simple and a telephone query was answered promptly. Delighted with the product, very competitive price and care with delivery.
Just one minor criticism was that the communication regarding despatch and delivery dates could have been a little better but didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Only part of the order delivered, no way to contact the company after 5pm Monday to Friday. So far a poor experience of ``inside out living”.

We found a garden furniture set we liked in 2 garden centres, it was expensive so we shopped around online & found this company selling it for £700 less, did our research & bought it as it was in stock & delivery within 10 working days.
We had heard nothing halfway through so messaged them, Tom was great, responding within 24 hrs & also sent updates without us asking, delivery was in day 11, due to the up coming bank holiday.

Easy to use website. The coffee and side tables we ordered were very good quality and look very elegant. Shipping was quick.

Great furniture, delivery guy helped carry everything to the garden and checked with me that all was in new condition before leaving. Delivery took longer than expected but was still within a reasonable time from ordering.

When I failed to receive information regarding delivery for a large order (£1,848!) I contacted the company to inform them I had been expecting delivery by now, could they please provide me with an update. A few days later I was informed that the order had been damaged in transit which they were unaware of and they would get it prepared for dispatch again. Following that, another few days later I was informed the chairs that comprised a large part of my order were out of stock, so I was left waiting. I was then informed the chairs had been discontinued, however they would be willing to send me slightly more expensive chairs in replacement at their cost, but these ones were out of stock until the end of March, when they would be shipped out to me with urgency. Given that customer service had been on the ball with responses and they offered to send me some chairs to tie me over in the interim period (cheap as chips, not as many as we actually needed and certainly not a long term solution!) I decided not to kick up a fuss about all the issues and delays and accept their solution. A few days later the temporary chairs arrived in an absolute state, unbelievably damaged packaging and scuffs all over them; I informed them of this and they told me I should be willing to accept this as they were free temporary chairs….. The end of March came and went, I gave it until the 8th of April and then started contacting the company again to question where the rest of my order was, no response. It’s now the 18th and I have sent a follow up email and unfortunately am leaving this poor experience publicly now as they have had over two months since I ordered to find a resolution and instead have just left me with only half my order, no communication at this point and quite frankly a headache from the whole experience. **** Edit: leaving this review prompted a sudden response from the company who much like the delivery issues being blamed on the company they use for this, they are blaming the ongoing issue on the supplier. I appreciate it genuinely may be the fault of the delivery company/supplier however if they are occurring these issues surely it is their responsibility as a business to outsource this work elsewhere - as friendly as their team may be, they are really not able to provide an acceptable level of service in anything other than polite emails.

Inside Out Living were very responsive to my queries regarding delivery. I am very pleased with my new table and bench - it’s well made and looks smart in my modern home. Plus it was reasonably priced.
