Dostatečně komunikativní,rychlá,přehledná dobrá ubytovací kvalita pro sportovní zázemí.Do kompletních služeb by mohla být souběžná nabídka parkování nejblíže místa ubytování

Letos jsme poprvé využili nabídku cestovní kanceláři Interhome a byli jsme velice spokojení jak s rezervačním procesem, tak i se samotným ubytováním. Proto jsme neváhali a objednali už teď na podzim u Interhome další zájezd na příští léto.

We used Interhome for about 10 accommodations in Austria. Homes or appartments were always nice, clean, matched the pictures. We were always very satisfied.

We were disappointed.

While reading only positive customers’ reviews, I am sorry to express my disappointment with arrangements from Czech Republic for accommodation on Balaton, Hungary (Holiday Home Balaton, Tihany).

We made a reservation on a Booking.
The house was supposed to be for 4 adults + child.
Once reserved and paid, we received two confirmations: first from the Booking, then from Interhome. We called Interhome to double check information about a child. Quite unexpectedly we learned that the house is for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a mistake in advertisement.

We were ready to stay 4 adults in the house for 2 using our own mattress, but Interhome did not agree.

The alternative they suggested was more expensive. The price of the house played a big role for us in choosing this location. If we knew from the very beginning the real situation and higher price, we would have chosen a different destination, which we explained to Interhome.

Unfortunately, all phone calls and discussions with people from Interhome were not pleasant and the whole situation was not handled by Interhome professionally.

In the end, we found a compromise and got another house (bigger, more expensive). Although Interhome gave us a discount, we were not happy with it. We agreed to their terms because it was a day before our vacation and we could not start re-arranging everything.

Hope, our negative experience was an exception and all future customers would not face it..

S interhome je vše ok , ubytování již po několikáté a nikdy nebyl problém 👍👍👍

Although, the original location was booked by another client, the company found a similar accommodation option. Everything OK.

Služby poskytované Interhome jsou perfektní. Proto jedeme s Interhome tento rok, již po 20. Jezdí s touto "cestovkou" již celá naše rodina.

Od společnosti Interhome si objednáváme dovolenou už několik let a vždy k největší spokojenosti.

Celý rezervační proces, zasílání informací a potřebných materiálů, stejně jako odpovídající ubytování a jednání majitele, tedy partnera interhome v loňském roce mě nenechalo na pochybách, kde budu řešit dovolenou pro celou rodinu. Vše od začátku až do konce super. Všem doporučuji.
