Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling
Booked a villa in Italy in January and received an email in April 6 weeks before our holiday to say the booking was cancelled. No explanation why! Offered 3 totally unsuitable replacements. Have had to book a different villa with another company and of course it’s not where we want it and the price is more expensive due to the last minute booking. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to go on holiday!

3 different cards payments failed
3 different cards payments failed, bank fraud department questioned why payments going to a German company. (Uk web address, office in London, local branch in town of accommodation,)
Lots of hassle, had to ring up owner of resort to confirm new payment procedure,

Simple
Simple, effective, competitively priced and a very good customer relationship care. Interhome has a definite edge over all the other research sites, even Airbnb. I've used it three times now, easy to search, to book and to get help from customer care if needed.
