A tale of two agents
I made two calls to the 44 2080689950 number. The first person I spoke to said that he could not deal with a new booking on a Saturday because it was too busy and asked me to book on line. I explained that I wanted to enquire about a loyalty bonus, given that I had received one over the last two years. He then proposed that I ring back on Monday. Undaunted, I rang back a few minutes later, hoping to speak to a more responsive and supportive agent: fortunately somebody else answered the phone and was very happy to process my booking and request, duly confirming that I was entitled to a loyalty bonus. My faith in Interhome was duly restored!

Much cheaper than Booking.com
I found an appartment to rent in Florence for a week in June on Booking.com.
the same appartment was on Interhome for £250 less. The booking process was quick and easy. Obviously no idea yet (it's only January) how the property will turn out but so far so good

We rented an appointment in chamonix…
We rented an appointment in chamonix for Christmas this year, what a dreadful experience with Interhome l, we arrived and checked in to find the apartment had no bed linen and towels and we had to pay an extra charge for this! The smell of cigarettes in there was absolutely horrendous, the apartment was advertised with tv chair and outside furniture none of this was in there and we were told by Interhome they were too busy to do anything, the did give us a 15” tv!’ There were 6 of us in there with 1 sofa to sit on, this completely ruined our Christmas.

Very good website
Very good website, clear and easy to use. Particularly the ‘availability’ dates was very easy to follow, plus the payment process simple.

Second time booking with Interhome…
Second time booking with Interhome after a really great experience last summer. The booking system is clear and easy to understand and the team at the destinations are super friendly and helpful.

Appalling
We rented “Villa Amanda “ in Nerja Spain
11-18 October 2023.
The service provided by the local agents was appalling to bad. The en-suite bathroom was a disgusting disgrace, thick with black mould that had built up over months of neglect, even when we applied thick strong bleach we could not make any inroads. The villa was superficially clean, but any high surfaces were thick with dust. The outside areas of the complex have not been swept for weeks, potted plants have not been watered, the pool tiles have not been cleaned and the general maintenance and service provided was inadequate and far below international standards.

The website booking was explained well and easy to follow. I did try to phone to discuss one particular aspect of the villa but was unable to connect to the number provided.

We had a fantastic time at Villa…
We had a fantastic time at Villa Colibri 😀 Could do with a few repairs. Suggestions from our group are that there could be a few things added, like small table and chairs on the terrace and balcony leading of the bedrooms. There were 8 adults in our group. The Villa seemed to be in the middle of everything but still a walk. Villa is on a main road. All in all the villa was brilliant, had everything we needed and more. Rooms were large, upstairs bedrooms had onsuites, TV had Netflix. We'll definitely be using Interhome again.

The booking was very straight forward
The booking was very straight forward, after I had paid the words 'booking unconfirmed' on screen so I rang your office straight away. The lady that answered was very professional, courteous and quickly allayed my anxiety.
