Since 1991 when we booked our first stay in France you have always been the best if only your American and British competitors were half as good they might improve their business. I wish you did more in Ireland a country that is very short of accommodation.

Reliable company, great selection of properties
Have used this company before and found them very helpful. Each stage was clear and explained any additional costings. Good range of properties. When we were at the ski resort, we went into the office to get some further information which was excellent.

Complete lack of care for property & guests!
I booked an interhome property in Alvor, Portugal. When I arrived the apartment had such a TERRIBLE SMELL, like rotting cabbage, that I couldn’t even stay a night. The surfaces were DUSTY & DIRTY, there was GRIME on the furniture, hair on the floor etc… The cupboard was so CLUTTERES & piled up with things that there was nowhere to put my belongings. Photos were sent to host. I had to find alternative accommodation immediately that night. As a solo female traveler this was not a good situation to be in. The lack of communication and care from the host agency has been absolutely appalling and quite frankly shocking. They offered a £50 refund of the £456.28 I paid despite not staying in the property. I also had to book somewhere else to stay. This has been a horrible financial burden at an already tough time. I really hope this host starts to show some care for their property and guests. In my many years of booking on airbnb I have never experienced such a terrible situation. Please do not give them your hard earned money. 0 stars!

My bank queried the transaction. I phoned your head office spoke to Simon who was very helpful. after I phoned Discovery bank it could be processed without any problems

Replying to the below review I had sent many emails explaining the situation. You are replying below giving the impression you tried to help me, WHICH YOU DID NOT. I did not receive a refund or part refund for any of my stay and had to experience the worst customer service with no empathy to my situation.

It’s a website 20 years out date.
It’s slow, clumsy and prone to be an unstable platform. The start/ finish date has to be co checked with Booking (who i’ll be using next time) for accurate info.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Service sehr mangelhaft, als Eigentümer hatten wir nur Probleme. Abbuchungen die nicht transparent sind und wofür wir keine Erklärungen bekommen. Schadensfälle die nicht oder nur teilweise rückerstattet wurden. Bei der Abrechnung merkt man dass Interhome über 50% einzieht. Wenn man die Rechnung macht hat man im Endeffekt nur 40 % Einkommen von dem was der Gast bezahlt hat. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Once we had chosen the apartment we got…
Once we had chosen the apartment we got a message saying that building works would be going on. I emailed the local interhome office and got a swift reply that the works would be road works so we went on to book. For a moment credit card not recognised but then no problem and all done in 10 minutes including all the stuff sent by email about terms etc.
