As usual, Flora has come up trumps for our skiing holiday. Always so efficient and kind!

I've waited until i got back from holiday to write a review incase it was too good to be true but I can confirm that Georgia at Interactive Sports found the perfect skiing holiday for our family over Christmas. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance in finding us the holiday we wanted this year, it truly was as good as it seemed.

3rd time booking through Interactive Resorts, 2nd time with Will who responded quickly and was extremely helpful, as usual. The service is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Interactive Resorts in the future.

Adam was great. We had just about given up and at the last minute he found the perfect holiday for us.

Aaron was extremely helpful to book our ski trip this winter. He’s been ever-patient with us (a relatively large & difficult group with different priorities); always looked for solutions and searched for new ski packages in multiple locations.

I cannot rate my service and interaction with Flora more highly. She is empathetic, efficient and a real joy to deal with. She dealt with a sensitive and perhaps slightly more complex request with the upmost professionalism putting me at ease and making the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated all her help and patience. 5 stars and plus for me.

My first contact was with the online chat function and thereafter I was contacted swiftly by someone to discuss my preferences. I dealt with Su who was proactive in finding the best alternatives for us in what must have been a challenging booking. We were totally supported by Su throughout - not only did she find us the very best deal for what was on offer she accommodated our every twist and turn along the way with guidance and helpful advice. The entire booking process was seemless and we would have no hesitation in booking with Su again, in fact, I probably wouldn’t now feel confident going anywhere else!

Charlie Cornock @ Interactive Resorts helped me book a Chalet for myself and 5 friends in Les Arcs. Helpful and responsive to our circumstances. Not pushy. Laid out the options clearly.

Made my life easy than the searching and searching I was doing. If you are busy, drop them an email and they will do the hunting for you.

Terrible they are a broker - booked my holiday ski trip for family of 4 from Nielsen’s did check the ages and had to cancel because my son is 14 and min age is 15. No formal confirmation yet if getting my money back so can’t rebook. Don’t use go direct will be cheaper and easier

We have just booked our first skiing holiday with Interactive Resorts and was kindly handled by Georgia Greenwood. We were lucky enough to get help from a well organised and fantastic service provider in which was efficient in getting us the right skiing holiday in such a short notice of time. We can not wait for our holiday now and that is all down to Georgia for the service provided.

We have just booked our families 8th Skiing holiday with Claire Gardner at Interactive Resorts. We are lucky enough to be looking forward to two skiing holidays with Interactive Resorts this winter. Once again I have called on Claire Gardener. She is absolutely fantastic, organised, knowledgeable, helpful and sensitive to our family needs. She has once again sorted another winter for us. This is our second year booking with Charlie Cornock at Interactive. As last year he gave us excellent personal service and advice, showing an impressive degree of experience of ski tourism and very good knowledge of our resort (Val D'Isere). Charlie also allowed us a much appreciated discount off the operator's price.

We will always go back to Interactive first before considering booking a ski holiday.
