This company took over the policy we'd had for many years through Petwise who were no longer covering senior dogs over 9 years old.
They doubled the premium the first year & then doubled it again the next year. Since our dog had a history we checked & couldn't find cover elsewhere so we accepted this increase as part of him growing older.
However he then needed some teeth removing costing £1200 & although we supplied all his vets history, none of which included dental, they gave every excuse possible to not pay out.
It finally took 9 months after before they agreed to pay out & this only happened after we forwarded documents to state our legal position. We have since cancelled renewing the policy & have decided to self insure. They are a disgrace to the insurance & specifically the pet insurance industry.

The lady with the lovely Bristol accent was very helpful. Katie, I just remembered her name. She was very helpful. I think she sensed my lac of tec knowledge.

the AI voice recognition struggled with my Welsh accent and my wife's voice .. and she is very clear in her diction .. once we got to a real person it went well

This company underwrites Petsure, which has just changed its name to Petgevity probably because of all the bad reviews they were getting.

I have claim with Insurance Factory as the underwriters and I have spent 6 months answering the most stupid questions for a small claim of just £200 for a biopsy on a lump on my dogs nipple.

The lastest question is "what is your dogs behaviour like with other dogs" >>>>for a claim for a lump !!!!
