I was looking for some insulation sheets and fired off some enquiries last Sunday night, by 8am Monday I had a price and specification and a nice email accompanying it.
I did call to check delivery as I needed them before Easter, they checked stock and said they would speed it through the system and delivery it on Thursday.
In fact it arrived on Wednesday lunchtime, delivered by a very helpful driver who fork lifted them down a long driveway and dropped them outside the garage.
Thank you for great service it was much appreciated, I hope the boss does!

Terrible experience with this company. I bought 6 packs of Rockwool insulation which turned up (a week late) smelling absolutely terrible. I requested that a new batch be sent out. The new batch was delivered (without letting me know when it would be coming). They did not take away the old batch at the same time and the new batch also stank. I was left with 12 huge packs of Rockwool filling up my flat for almost a week. After chasing, I finally got them picked up (again, at a random time with no communication - luckily I was 5 mins walk from my house at the time). That was a month ago and I am STILL waiting for my refund. Called the manager and he said he would get it sorted for me ASAP and keep me in the loop (this was friday morning). I called back on truesday asking what what happening and the person on the phone said they would send a request for the refund right now and it shouldn't take long. He couldn't explain what his boss had been doing the whole time between Friday and now. Avoid this company at all costs, genuinely the worst purchasing experience I've ever had ( I never bother to write reviews).

Avoid, some of the worst customer experience ever, it really held up my building project.

The story...
I placed the order after asking someone online and being told it would be with me in 2-3 days. I then a little later got an email explaining it would be delivered 6 days later, which was too long for me as I had plasterers starting. I contacted them through the website and then was told that you could get it to me for Monday (I placed the order on a Thursday), Monday came and went and then I contacted them again to find out that it would be Tuesday. This was OK, but on Tuesday I contacted them again to ask what time it would be, only to be told that you didn't have it and that the next delivery date would be Thursday unless I wanted to pick it up myself (60 mile round trip) on Wednesday. I then asked for the place to pick it up and again, heard nothing. That was when I canceled the order completely.

It was the worst experience I have had buying online, was constantly told lies, and not contacted back when I had asked. The icing on the cake was on Friday, I got a call from a delivery driver asking where the property was as he was close but couldn't find it! I explained that the order had been canceled a few days before!
