The attitude of the delivery driver was terrible,paid £50 delivery for my son to have to get out of bed to help unload my order. If it takes two people then one driver isn’t enough!!!

I am very pleased with my order. The Tyvek Tape quality was exactly what I expected. The delivery was quick and spot on too. I would highly recommend Insulation hub.

Delays, delays, delays. Despite having stock in London they wanted an £450 to ship North. Not acceptable. I really couldn't care less where my order comes from that I've paid for.

I received excellent and proactive customer service from this company when I made contact in order to try to get their delivery contractor to bring my delivery date forward to enable me to undertake my project over the weekend. At the first instance, their response was very swift; thereafter they acted proactively in arranging the earlier delivery date and demonstrated a high level of customer service in the manner of all their subsequent actions. Highly recommended.

Fanatstic service right from the get go,. We ran into some problems due to stock delay, but without hesitation they allowed us to change the order without fuss.
We received the first delivery and transport company they used are fantastic and dropped the items off without a fuss.
Can't recommend them enough and most definitely will be using them again.

Brilliant customer service manager Antony will make delivery of materials happen despite the odds stacked against. My Soundproofing mineral wool arrived despite supplier let me down with "sorry out of stock and 6-8 weeks delay." Antony spent 4 days calling up alternative suppliers and arranged to get equivalent spec product delivered before workmen walked away off site. And he never told me "take the refund and F off" despite my expressive frustrations over the phone daily.
Respect.

Was looking for some high quality good value insulation - I found it with Insulation Hub. Delivery and service first class had one we hitch that initial load was 2 sheets short - was rectified immediately - would come back as customer - all round great customer experience

Very good service as the initial enquiry was answered on a Sunday and the delivery arrived within a few days. A few sheets were missing but these were in turn delivered before I needed them. My local builders merchant were unable to tell me when they'd have stock or how much it would cost me. I'd recommend these guys even in the current challenging building material world.

Brilliant service from the Insulation Hub. I dealt with Ben and placed a relatively large order with him. Ordered day 1, delivery day 3 with excellent comms all the way through. Delivery was exactly what was ordered, no substitutions. Prices were also lower than local suppliers. Will definitely use Insulation Hub again.
