Always reliable-I have ordered more than 4 times and each time communication has always been easy and prompt. Even when there were Mail strikes and my order could have been delayed around Xmas, extra efforts were made to ensure it was delivered

I was not happy with the quality of the
Nike dunks which cost £220.

There was no order notes or return note. The box looked used and dirty.

My address looked like it was written by a child, I have emailed the company asking for a refund as I think my trainers are FAKE.

No response from the company which lacks bad customer service.

Had no issue getting my goods glad there is a site that don’t sell fakes

Fast delivery considerinf the Royal mail strikes, easy tracking, prices good and Jordan trainers exactly as described, perfect!

Personal experience, strikes for Royal Mail and Sam personally came and delivered them so I had them quicker. So polite and answered my questions! Trainers were delivered quickly and are perfect, I love them. Will definitely order from here again, thank you !

Ordered the pair I wanted, and then was contacted promptly to Inform me about the delivery strikes and the slight delay but they made it up by giving us a special delivery service and received them very quickly will be using again.

I ordered Thursday and received my trainers by the Saturday. They were well packaged with bubble wrap around the box. Trainers were in perfect condition

Excellent service, received email confirmation of despatch couple days after placing order and despite the Royal Mail strikes I received fairly swiftly. Trainers (Dunk pandas) in 10/10 condition and authentic. Will defo be ordering more trainers from Instakickz in the future :)
