Unfortunately my trainers were very hard to source which lead to delays and me to write a bad review. Shortly after, I received a email from Sam explaining this and providing me with all tracking and information about my order.

Since then I have had constant communication with Sam my order had arrived. I LOVE my trainers.

Hands down the best service I received. I asked for a pair of trainers and they were sourced and delivered quicker than expected. My go to place! I will definitely recommend to friends and family. They were also very helpful with sizing.

I made an order and had a £20 off code that I forgot to use. Straight after the order I sent an email regarding if I can still add in the purchase or maybe be given another code for my next purchase, it has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them but they have still managed to send the item? Not good customer service and terrible at responding.
