Quick delivery and great products coupled with outstanding customer service, accidently paid from the wrong account, completely my fault but I contacted them and they helped cancel the original order (even though it had been sent) and reorder using the correct payment details. I did originally provide a negative review by mistake as I have purchased a few lamps recently and so far only this one had arrived without any issue and that includes another similar Anglepoise from a major well known online retailer that arrived damaged and owing to poor packaging.

Apologies to Inspyer for my mistake, you have in fact been the best company I have purchased from recently and your customer service follow up call regarding the negative review demonstrates good customer service and care.

Brilliant. The lamps were delivered much earlier than anticipated. There was no way that anything would break with such excellent packing. Only small thing: at that price you could have thrown in a free bulb for each lamp.
