We have used Insight Law at least 6 times recently whist selling our buy to let flats. I can honestly say Nicole, who has acted for every sale, has been brilliant. Superbly organised, efficient, on the ball and responding rapidly to any queries, she made every purchaser’s solicitor appear amateur. We can not thank her enough for making some of the difficult transactions much less stressful.

I received the best service I’ve had and I’ve used a lot of solicitors. Will definitely us them again.

I have no hesitation in recommending insight law, debora, amelia and the team were professional in their approach with the conveyancing, and all the legal side of things up to and including exchange and completion, we were in a chain of four and bottom of the chain legal team were very trying to say the least, but debora and amelia got the job done,thank you again for all you're hard work

We used Insight Law Bristol to sell our mums house after she passed away.
There was a problem with the property dating back 50+ years to do with boundaries but Debora was helpful and always available to answer our many questions.
We would not hesitate to use Insight Law again in the future.

Got a very good service from Debora. She was always prompt in her responses. It took a frustratingly long time to sell my house but this was down to three purchasers and my buyers solicitor being very slow. Would happily use insight law again if I had business in the area

So, a litany of poor communication, excuses as to why things hadn’t been done, staff taking calls whilst walking dogs or in the hospital, other staff not handling the case when the assigned member was busy, being sent the wrong deeds (yes- I was sent another property’s deeds!), having to actually go into the office in person to ‘encourage’ people to do the job I was paying for, constantly being fobbed off and then the icing on the cake….when I started the selling process to the house I’d bought using them, things aren’t compliant to planning permission, brush-off passive aggressive emails from senior members of staff and when confronted with the reality of due diligence not being carried out around planning issues, radio silence.
Do not use, we all know most conveyancers treat us like idiots, but this has been a very distasteful experience.

Fantastic solicitors, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Stood side by side with us throughout the property transaction and pushed it over the line, despite many curveballs. I have no doubt that without Jon and his team, we would not have completed the transaction.

I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option!

We have used Insight Law for multiple engagements, some of which fall well outside of cookie cutter models. Their tenacity, professionalism, experience and advisory capabilities have always been second to none (special thanks to Jonathan)

I had an extremely frustrating experience using this firm for a straightforward buy-to-let property purchase. Despite the simplicity of the transaction and all documents being readily available, the process was dragged out over several months.

After initially raising concerns with a director about the lack of responsiveness from staff, I received one email and then complete silence. Throughout the process, I was passed between over six different staff members due to sickness, annual leave, or being “in meetings.” This constant handover resulted in a lack of consistency and accountability.

Communication was poor and unprofessional. I often had to chase for updates and was met with unhelpful attitudes. To make matters worse, their fees were nearly three times higher than those charged by the solicitor handling the sale of the same property — and that process went far more smoothly.

If you’re a serious buyer who values efficiency, clear communication, and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
