Easy to fit
Easy to fit, quality wiring and equipment and easy to purchase from the Innovv website. Video quality is superb and allows in a freeze of the footage to easily see registration plates and details of other traffic - just what is needed for a dashcam.

🚫Dont buy innovv🚫 dont waste your money and time with this piece of chinese useless garbage, very low quality with no reliability at all, technical support is a guy in china google translating asking you to do ridiculous irrelevant tests to have an excuse to dont give you a refund for the crap they sell which is probably a £50 crap dashcan inside a fancy case, i have friends who bought £80 pounds knockoffs that are still working after one year while my £300 piece of junk never worked properly. Why have i bought this s***t instead of the £80 knockoff? Thats what im asking myself everyday

Ok so let me amend this, apparently there are two innovv companies, innovv and innovv uk, they both sell exactly the same worthless garbage, one comes straight from china to your address, the other comes from china to innovv uk and then to your address but still exactly the same chinese garbage, dont take my word for it, go online and check the reviews, i wish i was smart to check before buying it, unfortunately i wasn't, so dont be stupid like me, check the bad reviews and you wont buy this useless garbage

BEWARE USED ITEMS SENT FOR THE PRICE OF NEW
I ordered a K7 from their website and was sent a used one.
It was open box and seemed that someone has used it for some time and then returned the same.
It has scratches on the remote and dust in the button grooves.
Lastly I had to pay duties and fees amounting to CAD 28.12, when their website states that it's duty free.
All in all I had to pay USD 321.26 and CAD 28.12 (Approx. USD 21) for this.
Their contact Blair has been of no help. Just sending random responses and trying to steer away from the actual issue.
They claim it was opened by customs but I called customs to confirm and they said it was not as they would reseal it with their logo tape and put a note if they open a package.
BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Also innovv.com and innovv.co.uk are the same company. I even see Blair's (the rep I communicated with) name mentioned in the reviews where people bought from Innovv UK.
BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME.

Easy to understand instructions
Easy to understand instructions, after working out where to run cables etc, simple Male/ Female fittings
Needed help with the ignition feed as I'm confident enough, but that was the only thing I needed help with

Ordered new K5 and received a second…
Ordered new K5 and received a second hand one in the post. Second hand in terms of some obvious damage to the box, camera protective films being off and placed onto the packaging, scratch to the control unit screen.
While this was resolved, I was not impressed with the customer service - it was not driven by the seller but by me.

Outstanding customer service
Have had many dealings with Innovv UK over the last few years when buying products personally or on behalf of Blood Bikes. Always found the team to be responsive and helpful. A issue with an older unit when switching from one bike to another was quickly diagnosed with replacement part received the next day. Happy to recommend.

Poor work innovv
The k7 camera was marketed wrong on the uk website, after discussions with innovv it was rectified but detracted from the reason I purchased the camera initially. In my opinion picture quality was poor and didn’t warrant the price point
