Customer service is diabolical I would say non existent if you have a problem with your purchase. The actual item does its job just hope it doesn’t go wrong and you need to ask INNOVV for help to get things sorted

N1 carplay,not happy!
Bought the N1 camera/carplay system to replace my old innovv K3 and tomtom sat nav which I sold too help pay for this,wish I hadn't now as not able to make or receive calls or do anything which requires me to use my headset (map searches - messaging or anything to do with voice) had it for over 2 months now and innovv haven't been able to come up with a fix or anything (have updated it to latest firmware as well!) - I know people who bought the N1 pro aren't having this problem and also noticed in just about all reviews that people are using apple carplay which seems to work fine-havent found many using Android Auto with it....
......not happy 🤬
Have now tried another Android phone with this unit, different make and android version,still the same problems, (managed to get hold of an iPhone to try with it and it works perfectly,must just be an android issue?)....but still leaves me having to pull up at the side of the road to make/answer phone calls 🤬

the item was well packaged.
inside the box the camera was well packaged to avoid any damage, and the fitting instructions were clear

The product arrived on time, and was easy to fit nicely to my bike. All the parts appear to be high quality, so as long as it does not break down in the future it will be perfect. Time will tell. On the road it does just what it claims, giving you time to look in the mirror every time it warns you of a hazard. Does not give false warnings.

Innovv H5 weak quality
Innovv H5. I would never buy it again.
1. After purchasing it, I made several video tests about its settings, and found that the "best" video quality can be get from 2k/60FPS due to the too low bitrate and compression.
2. The still picture quality is weak, you even cannot recognise the plate number of the vehicre in front of you. Like a phone camera from 2016
3. I alwasy use it with the external charger cable, as it is always on. After one year (i mean one season with 16k km) the cable at each end started to break / revel. So I had to buy a new cable.
4. The last bad experience, that it started to loose the date / time setting after a day. So when you connect, it always starts recording from 2022-01-01 12:00. That means that the "loop recording" does not work any more, as the "latest" video from the precious power on is later, than the "new" one.
