5 years with inniAccounts and I'll never switch
I celebrated 20 years of contracting this year, the last 5 being with inniAccounts. Their software and service is like chalk and cheese compared to previous accountants (and I've tried a few including key players in the market) - the financial side of running a business is now enjoyable rather than stressful. That's why inniAccounts was founded and that's why I will be with them until I retire. If only I could say the same about my broadband service!!

Amazing support for a newbie contractor
I started contracting at the start of 2018 and needed a lot of help and advice. InniAccounts have been absolutely amazing and have helped me every step of the way.
From the basics of setting up my business bank account to invoicing, expenses, VAT returns and more, they are friendly, knowledgeable and professional - and always happy to help.
The online 'dashboard' makes everything super-easy to do. I frequently recommend them to colleagues and will continue to do so.

inniaccounts: highly recommended
inniaccounts was recommended to me by a colleague when I decided to start IT contracting a couple of years ago. They were fantastic. They have excellent people that are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The portal is very easy to use and has a lot of useful features, the dashboard being a good example which instantly gives you an overview of the company's finances.
All the staff I had contact with were professional, considerate, responsive and very understanding. Jess, my account manager would respond to online queries from me within a couple of hours and seemed to always be available if I decided to phone instead of email.
I can't recommend them enough.

Nothing Proactive About it.
I pay for a proactive service I think I only ever got two phone calls ever. you get standard mass emails, which in fairness might contain hidden gems if you read them but NEVER did they bother to do anything of value till my tax bill came and I complained. If you just want an online bookkeeping service use InniAccount, other than that useless! I would advice the old traditional one-one account. They actually turn out to be a lot cheaper.

We understand emails aren’t everyones favourite as they can be easily missed. The dashboard in our software aims to make it easy for customers by bringing all important messages and reminders together in one place. I was a contractor at the time we were designing this feature, and not being a fan of emails myself it probably explains why I was so passionate about building a dashboard.
I’m sorry to hear that you only recall a couple of calls from our team. They really enjoy helping customers over the phone but occasionally find it difficult to catch customers at the right time. Your account manager is always there ready to take your call if you need help with anything.
As one of the founders I wanted to reach out to you personally. Please feel free to give me a call on 01332 460 010 if I can be of further help to you. I will do my best to understand your concerns in more detail and make this better. I hope to hear from you soon.

Software driven accountancy
All day-to-day accounting is automated thanks to inniAccounts software, bookkeeping is integrated with business bank account via bank feeds (hope more banks will be supported soon) which saves you a lot of time when dealing with your company finances. Reminders about important deadlines (via application dashboard and email) both if it comes to your company tax affairs or your personal ones as a company director. If in doubt how to use inniAccounts software then documentation available in Knowledge Hub usually provides sufficient information.
To summarise, inniAccounts software allows me to do my company accounts at my own pace taking care I will not forget about any important deadline, also, team of Professional Accountants and Account Managers on board is there to help you with company accounts and tax affairs.
