The cost of calls is very good, speed and operation better than any other voip. And the most important thing is the support service, which is always available to solve any issue you may have.

My outsourced call center company has been working with Infinity Telecom for almost two years now, and I can say that it really is better service. Their exceptional assistance exceeded all my expectations. The cost of calls is very good, speed and operation better than any other European voip. To communicate with the team you have to wait a maximum of 2 minutes but usually within a minute they will answer you and are immediately ready to answer you, help you and solve any type of problem, you do not need to open any ticket and wait a day for them to answer you. They have an amazing and super professional team. Time is money and I think Infinity Telecom is the only company in the scope that complies with this rule.
