Worst customer service ever…
Worst customer service ever experienced. He must work out of a garage. Sent wrong item and colour. In trying to return, It cost me $58 and cannot send item back due to leather being banned to send back to the UK. Would not give an Australian retailer to send item back to either. Upon ordering Second pair, woud not honour original price and tried to charge me more to send the correct item. No customer satisfaction skills at all.
Stay clear unless you want a bad pair of gloves and no service.

You ordered Sprint gloves with a 20% discount but were sent the wrong shade of red. We apologised profusely and agreed to cover your return postage to replace them. In the meantime you ordered a different pair but this time you got a BIGGER 30% discount. However you emailed to say we should ‘eat the loss’ on the first pair and you wouldn’t send back, later stating you could not send back due to customs (this is not true and we receive returns from Australia without issue). You then tried to open a Paypal case (stating gloves were faulty when they were not) but Paypal rejected this as you failed to return the product and used 000000000 as a tracking number. Paypal looked carefully at this (we had zero cases up to this point in ten years!) and realised the case was not genuine. You were upset that we did not gift you the first pair and have since sent abusive emails to us. We have over 400 straight 5 star reviews and have never experienced this before. You simply could have returned the gloves and we would have quickly arranged a new pair! Our customer reviews demonstrate our laser focus on customer satisfaction (verified 4.98 on Shopify) and sadly on this occasion due to a minor mistake on our part you feel justified in writing a negative review because you expected a free pair of gloves. To end our gloves are beautiful and we have thousands of customers all over the world. Also we don’t work from a garage, it’s much to cold in the UK for that!
