Disappointed

Good points
The Q30 is well styled, comfortable, quiet, economical and well appointed.
The initial purchase experience was also good.

Bad points
I noticed that part of the DRL was not working on my way home from collecting the car. The clutch pedal still creaked, and the passenger side storage net was adrift (fixed these myself)
The vehicle was returned for two new headlamps, I got back in the car only to find the mess on the carpets that the technician had left.
Best of all, my personal information has been displayed on the traders website where my part exchange vehicle went to, that’s not very professional on either part, mainly Infiniti.
I purchased the car from Infiniti main centre thinking I would get better service. This is not the case as they appear to not be bothered anymore seeing as they are withdrawing from the U.K.

Thank you for your review and I apologise the experience didn't meet your expectations, as you mentioned we replaced both headlamps due to the DRL not working on one side. I will speak to our after sales side about the condition of the car upon the return to you.

Car broke down after just 7 days

Car broke down after just 7 days. It’s been with a local dealer for almost 2 weeks now with a second gearbox being fitted in 2 days time. Breakdowns happen but the Infiniti Dealer I bought from has ignored EVERY call I have made to them. I’ll NEVER buy from Infiniti again. The dealer still owes me over £400 and I took delivery 3 weeks ago!

Best buying experience Ive had to date…

Best buying experience Ive had to date from initial phone call to picking the car up. John Spencley (salesman) was friendly, honest, helpful and knew his subject matter. He wasnt pushy at all but made me feel very relaxed and part of the process. I purchased the Q50 but changed my mind twice on spec etc; john showed patience and moved only at my pace. On arriving at the dealership I was made to feel welcome, received coffee and soft drinks for the journey home. Car was as described, was spotless with a full tank of gas. Infinity Leeds is the place to go. Buy a Q50, great car and a real head turner. Thanks John.

Pick up a bargain privately? Think again!!

I don't buy my cars from dealers and never from a main dealer, but having bought my latest car from Infiniti Stockport I'm not at all sure I'd go back to buying cars privately. I was given every possible assistance and felt reassure throughout the process that I was doing the right thing. The car was delivered having been serviced, MOT'd and generally checked over top to bottom, it came with 12 months warranty and the price I paid was inclusive of all this. It is not a new car, but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference if you didn't know.

Excellent customer service at the show room, much better than any car supermarket. Haven't used the after sales support but would expect no less.

Great Service

Staff were very friendly. No problems at all and were very flexible with collection since we were travelling from Durham. We had had a day of hell and I can’t thank them enough for the kind welcome we received.

Not a happy customer I saw the q30 in…

Not a happy customer I saw the q30 in autotrader I thought nice looking car go to leeds for a look, salesman john booked me test drive a few days later when I saw the car I said I don't want that one it is scratched all four doors and all around the car boot area he said that was ok that will be all sorted out so I had the test drive love the car proceeded to do some paperwork and get a deal on a car charge me for £120 for fuel and mats that was already in the car charged me £332.50 for trios paint protection which cannot have been applied because when I collected the car the scratches were still there which I complained about straight away. John said he would send someone round to my work place to sort it out the scratches he got rid of 80% of them. John sold me a service plan in which I could not have due to a previous customers outstanding bill and they wanted me to settle it which I refused to pay but now have come up with a plan but not as good as the one john had sold me. When I picked up the car I didn't have my log book bock from the dlva so I had to leave a deposit of £500 my book come two days later so drove in to leeds to drop off the log book I did not get the £500 back for 8 weeks until I went through my finances and then had to phone john up to redeem my money. Has for the car it drives beautifully but I keep getting intermittent faults ie, rear indicators, abs, awd, handbrake, traction control not working so I have to turn the car of 30 minutes seems to reset it. To top it all off the engine management system lights come on now not happy feel I've been sold a lemon.

I bought the car back in February this…

I bought the car back in February this year and I am still waiting to pick up the second key, I was told this would take 6 to 8 weeks, it as now been longer than that and I have received no update when this will be available.
The car is very nice and comfortable to drive.
If I was to buy another Infiniti car I would not buy it from the car dealership.

Really good garage to deal with

Really good garage to deal with. Salesman wasn’t at all pushy and was very patient as we test drove several cars before making a decision. The garage contacted me several times before the purchase and the same afterwards, couldn't have asked for more.
Ethically, I feel they should mention that Infiniti are pulling out of Europe and customers need some reassurance that Nissan will provide maintenance and warranty backup. Love the car!

An absolutely amazing experience

An absolutely amazing experience, Tim in the Stockport branch could not have been more helpful, absolutely a pleasure, no pressure at all and listened to everything I said and what I wanted. He took the time with me rather than rushing and everything went smoothly from spotting to the car to receiving it.

Top class dealer.

A very friendly place to buy a car, no hard sell and well looked after by Aaron in the Glasgow branch. Q30 was in excellent condition, fully serviced, and MOTd.
