Infiniti Q30AWD, great car, service centres are a disgrace.
Great car Infiniti Q30AWD. Unfortunately like others point out the service centres are an absolute joke in my experience. I had a problem with my car on the 27th December and still not got it repaired in March. Constant lies, none return of calls and giving false information (lies). Sales guy Andrew in Stockport was fine but obviously no information offered with regards to how bad the service is with problems by first allowing the car to leave the showroom without inspection and then have absolutely no care in getting it repaired. Took the money and run. Never again Infiniti.

seemingly the sales manager doesn’t like customers
Went to Infinity Birmingham to buy a car on a Saturday and was kept waiting for two hours before giving up. The sales manager sat in his office without any engagement with us even though he only had one salesperson available who was busy. When I asked why I was told the sales manager doesn’t sell to people he oversees the sales team. That is the worst customer service I have ever had in a garage and I would be embarrassed in my role as a Director if I had customers waiting for two hours because I “don’t sell”. Such arrogance is unbelievable. The lady on reception however was wonderful - just a pity the management are so poor. Anyway - went to a Jaguar garage instead and received first class service and so bought a Jag.

From 5 star to 1 star in 12 months
I purchased a new Q50 from the Birmingham centre in March 2018 and this is my 3rd Q50 in 3 years and the car was delivered with paint chips, green mould around the windows. The experience has been awful, I am have lodged a complaint with Infiniti themselves and I am having to chase them for answers and it is still not sorted. Fuel is still leaking from the filler cap and the management are unhelpful and the customer service is the worst I have experienced in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles. My last 2 cars I purchased from this site were excellent and the customer service was 5 star. How can a dealership go from 5 star to 1 star in one year. It doesn’t help that I believe that the dealership is now under it's fifth management change as when I contact them my emails are unanswered as the person has left and when I visited the dealership to chase up the unanswered email I was told new manager. I forwarded him the email on the Friday and asked him to reply by the Wednesday guess what no reply, it wasn't until I contacted Infiniti via Twitter that I got response from him which was totally unacceptable.

I have been using Infiniti Leeds for over 4 years and would like to thank all of the excellent staff for going out of their way to provide a bespoke service. Sales who still keep in touch, service reception who do all they can to help, mechanic/technicians who know the Infiniti inside out and give such good advice.

Trust Infiniti Brand - Extremely reliable vehicles and great service
I have been buying Infiniti cars for several years and always received good service. My experience has been through the Reading dealership. Unlike other brands, Infiniti work hard to keep you as a customer. The sales people are friendly and helpful whilst never being pushy. This time round I dealt with Brian who was extremely easy to deal with. Having identified my requirements, I purchased a Q70 Sport. I am very pleased with the purchase as it represents excellent value for money compared to the conventional German luxury brands. My only hope is that Infiniti can innovate newer vehicles which ultimately surpass the current crop. That way I can stay with them when I next renew my vehicle.

My son has just purchased a car through the guys at Stockport and I simply cannot recommend buying from them highly enough.
I had a couple of picky requests to do with the purchase but the team there bent over backwards to accommodate the requests without question. Excellent attitude to the customer.
I will have absolutely no worries in returning there again for another car.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Infiniti
I tried a few garages before Infiniti and got fed up with the sales tactics telling me how popular the car I was looking at was and if I didn't pay a deposit I would lose it!
Andrew at Infiniti was totally different a really nice guy no sales rubbish just straight forward and delivered what he promised. No pushy sales talk. I felt like I was important to them and not just another number on their board. I also feel if I did have any issues they would sort it without any hassle. I would definitely recommend. The car is in lovely condition and even put petrol in for me. Andrew came across as a genuinely nice guy.

I have just bought my third car from…
I have just bought my third car from Infiniti Stockport and I can honestly say that my experience in each case was fantastic. I was looked after from start to finish by Tim Jeffries who is a gentleman. The car, which is a Q50s sport tech is brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend not only the brand but also this particular dealership. Thank you very much Tim.

Too bad service is so bad
Where to start bought brand new QX30 in May. Day of delivery Birmingham Dealership had acrewed up paperwork sat around for 3 hours and left without the car. Next car delivered and no puncture kit was told the tyres were runflats so I have a puncture drive 10 mile home to find out they weren't runflats. Car is 6 month old done 5k miles and the service light comes on spoke to centre and they say bring it in we have set it up wrong when it was delivered. Your not buying just a car your buying an experience is their advertising slogan. Well do you yourself a favour get a better experience. I will be going back to Mercedes next year
Used Car Purchase
I recently bought a 2 yr old Audi from Infiniti Leeds, and could not have had a better experience.
From choosing the car, and being sent the details, to arranging finance and collecting it (the salesman even collected me from the train station on his day off) the sales team could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to Jon, Allan and Ben for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.
The car could have been brand new, it was in such good condition, and they had it ready in the showroom for me.
3 months have passed and the car is going great. They’ll absolutely be the first call I make in a couple of years when I’m ready to buy again.

Infiniti: the Hidden Gem
We have two Infiniti cars in the household and there are good reasons for this. First is the car buying experience; I have bought two cars from Infiniti Leeds and Simon Moakes has always been knowledgeable, helpful and patient. In particular, I like his attention to detail and his technical experience, which is outstanding. Second is the after sales staff and technicians who are always helpful and able to sort out any problem quickly and efficiently (not that many things go wrong with these cars anyway!). Finally, the cars (QX50 diesel and Q50 hybrid) have been great, a pleasure to drive and built to very high standards. Unfortunately, the so called expert reviews do not do these cars justice and I urge people to take a test drive and decide for themselves.

Recently purchased a Q50
Recently purchased a Q50. Very pleased with the car apart from the Navigation System.
This requires an upgrade as new roads are missing and these have been open for 3years. Also places of interest eg restaurants and petrol stations out of date.
