This was a fantastic experience all round! What was potentially a difficult time, changing mortgage etc was made so easy through the initial Teams meeting- which was really convenient. Hemal was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, giving advice and keeping me updated at all stages. Highly recommended!

Just utilised the professional services of IMS (Oct 23) after getting a recommendation from a friend. I have been so pleased with the clear communication, sound advice and ongoing support I have received. We were first time buyers and I had a recommendation from a colleague to use Michelle as our mortgage advisor. She was so kind, friendly and efficient - helping us secure a great mortgage and answering every silly question along the way. Our house purchase was a long and painful experience - with everyone we dealt with (solicitors, estate agents) being really unhelpful. But Michelle was a constant source of support throughout. Every question and worry we had, she was always on the end of the phone or an email to give us advice and information. Even as we were panicking as our mortgage offer was about to run out, she gave us many calculations of new offers and helpful insight to ease our stresses.

All went through as planned in the end, but we were eternally grateful for Michelle's help. I couldn't recommend her more, and will definitely be using her again.

After being let down and receiving no communication from two other mortgage brokers which made us lose two other properties Michelle stepped up and got us our mortgage just in time before the interest rate rise and turned the whole application around in super quick time.
