Service was really good but wasn’t expecting the £250 fee at the end. Perhaps I missed this in the paperwork.

Always a pleasure working with Chris… so knowledgable… leave all of it in vey capable hands and goes above and beyond! Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I can’t thank Adrian & Jane enough for their support in processing our mortgage application. As a self employed application (ltd company ) which also deal with international income it’s not easy HOWEVER Adrian & Jane took all the hassle out of the application (s) I have used them for several years now in new and renewal applications and each time a effortless process for us. We also have got great rates!!

The team at IMAB are just very helpful, knowledgeable and have a view of the whole market, unlike some IFAs who only have access to some mortgage products. Once we had agreed my criteria the quotes were quickly available, and were quite close in price, so the decision was pretty easy. I highly recommend using IMAB, and have now used them for 3 renewals, and will continue to use them until my mortgage is paid off.
