Best support ever, if needed.

I’ve had a premium hosting plan for over a decade and it has been a very nice experience. Never a technical hick-up, and the ones i have caused myself has been resolved quickly. The support function is the best I have come across ever. Always quick to answer, and with an angel’s patience.

Excellent tech support.Been using this company to host a number of websites for a few years.the tech support is in general very quick and responsive. Tech support impress me with their tech knowledge and were very helpful today with a recent website issue error involving 404 codes

More issues with these clowns
Seriously, stay away from these, my sites have been down for over 3 months. Missing Christmas and valentines ~Sales.
They take money but make excuses to put off line to try to get you to pay more
Scammers
The last reply stated they wanted to put it right. Thats justbto look good on here.
They had already gone in to my site to help with bandwidth, they are only ones who made changes. I added cloudflare after they told me too as they said doing both would stop this ever happening again. We have about 20 site visitors a day. Google really penalised us as they keep taking site down. That effects google ranking. After THEY went in and made changes to our site and us joining cloudflare, the site again went down after few days due to bandwidth. So are they liars, scammers or just incompentent. Oh i almost forgot. How do you get told taking your site down. You dont. You just notice that orders have stopped and thats how you find out they closed your site down. If they really wanted to sort things they would contact us direct. 1 day since we put in latest support ticket and still waiting. Not great huh

Excellent service

I've used iFastNet for at least 10 years now. This is probably the only service I've used where everything has always worked smoothly. This is especially so thanks to their customer support.

If you ever need to submit a ticket, the team replies very quickly, and the problem gets resolved without issue or headache. I'm writing this after having submitted a ticket less than 30 minutes ago and having my issue resolved. Seriously, great work!

BEWARE

update- they suspended my service that was suppose to end in feb.. lol they must have saw this! BEWARE! NO WAY TO CANCEL UNPAID INVOICE! *Unless you message support and wait days.
Unreliable service, seem to be lying about who they host for. There is absulety no way this service handles anything over 300 gb traffic, with lack lusters features like not being able to downgrade your service, only upgrade! its all a scheme that kinda works for some people. two stars because i have three URLs hosted here, i would put 0 stars but id be lying..
I WILL be moving host this feb

I had a very tricky problem - Solved!!

I had a very tricky problem. My Support requests were answered within minutes and finally "elevated" to a higher level Support. They found the difficult little error I had somehow made and quickly me the information to solve it.
iFastNet is *without doubt* the best, fastest Support I have had with a Domain Host. Together with iFastNet's affordability, it makes this company one that I will keep using as long as there service is like this.
I absolutely and thoroughly recommend iFastNet

A fraudulent company with a mafia-like policies

My experience with iFastNet has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased their Ultimate Premium Hosting plan for my website medicine-21.com, and without any prior notice or explanation, my hosting account was suddenly suspended.

What made the situation worse is that I was completely denied access to my cPanel, website files, and database, which caused major disruption to my work.
I contacted support multiple times asking for an explanation and for temporary access to retrieve my data, but I received no response at all.

This experience caused financial loss and wasted time, and I was left unable to recover my own website data. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Firstly, I must respectfully disagree with the characterisation of our company and staff. Our support team are trained to be customer friendly and to offer the best possible solutions. We absolutely don't operate in the way you've described, and I'm sorry your experience has left you with that impression.

Since you've provided your domain, I've been able to look into what happened with medicine-21.com. Our logs show that the site was running a WordPress multisite installation which was malfunctioning and consistently using 400% CPU cores. Our support staff actually spent over an hour debugging the code to try and identify the cause, but unfortunately were unsuccessful. WordPress multisite configurations can be extremely complicated, and when they malfunction, it's typically due to plugins or customisations made to the site, as WordPress multisite by default runs optimally without such issues.

Regarding access to your data, our support team will always provide a full backup of customer data. That's your right, and we would never refuse to provide data backups. I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear to you.

I'm concerned that you say you received no response to your support requests, as this is very unusual. Our support tickets are typically replied to within minutes, and we're widely praised for our excellent support speed, as reflected in many reviews here. We never ignore or refuse to reply to a support ticket under any circumstances. It's possible you may not have been using our official support portal at https://support.ifastnet.com, which is linked from our website, emails, and throughout our systems to guide customers to the right place.

We would be more than happy to provide a refund for any unused time on your account. Please do come back to our support team and quote this review. I can guarantee we'll work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution, including providing your data backup.

You can't go wrong. iFastNet LTD

IFastNet LTD, 5 stars because there weren't more stars. I have been with them since 2008. I started out with a Premium account, and then moved to a VPS. I had no idea about a VPS or how to get started. The support has been phenomenal. Never talked down to, or made to feel inadequate. Support was quick and always professional. If you're just starting out with self-hosting, and looking for a service that won't look down on you for any question, this will be your place. I had a catastrophic failure on my site this month December 1, and needed a backup. I sent a support ticket and when I got up the next morning, they already had it restored. Then contacted them around 8 am for more assistance and got a response in 30 min. Whatever you do, don't miss out on this fine service from iFastNet. I've had a Blog, Forum, and two personal websites with them all this time.

I have used IFastnet for over 10 years+…

I have used IFastnet for over 10 years+ and never had a problem.
Experimented with other hosting companies but none were a patch on IFastnet, and so I will continue to use them.
My last problem was sorted in less than 5 minutes, I mean how they did it in that time no idea.
Definite 5 Stars
