Ordered four connectors on 21st Dec did…
Ordered four connectors on 21st Dec did not arrive until 7th Jan. Luckily I didn’t need urgently. Products were all ok when they arrived.

AVOID
AVOID. An awful customer experience with Ideas4Lighting that took months to sort. They refused to refund me for the damaged light I returned which they tried to claim got damaged by the courier. They insist on return by courier service and will not allow returns in person to the store funny enough! Grateful to PayPal for finding in my favour - would not have received a refund otherwise.

Received my beautiful chandelier at last
Hoping this pendant will be as nice as pictured once we get it hung in renovated space! Took all of 12 weeks to come for some weird reason but maybe Christmas didn't help with international shipping.

The lights took longer to be delivered…
The lights took longer to be delivered than what was initially advised. Quality of lights is not the best as one panel had a cracked glass and the base chipped while screwing it on.

I did not accept the delayed delivery and you will not refund my money
I did not accept the delayed delivery of the items. I had asked you not to deliver them anyway.
So you have the items back and you will not refund my money. You do not respond to my emails and I have no option but take this to the small claims court. My order was over £600

Hi,
We have checked all the available information relating to this case, I can see the items were re-dispatched on the 30th of November and then delivered on the 2nd of December. I know that the first delivery was refused however on the paypal case that was opened for "I haven't received my item" images of the package delivered at the address were provided.
We do not have the items here so we are unable to do anything about the refund?

Found the impossible
Original light fixture broke and could not find a replacement in the US. Saw it on the web and price was very fair. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was very well packaged
