I have had an awful experience with…
I have had an awful experience with them and would not order from them again. I ordered 11 brass spotlights for the ceiling. When they arrived they looked shiny and gold and not satin brass like the picture. I asked to return them and was told they were sale items and I couldn't. When I explained that they didn't look the picture. They simply disputed it and repeated they were sale items. They also didn't send 5 of the bulbs I ordered and paid for. It took a lot of emails back and forwards to sort that.
When I complained, I was pretty much told that they didn't think they had done anything wrong.
Really poor customer service. You expect to be able to return/exchange most things bought online.
Would never use them again.

I do apologise that you feel this way and allow me to go through your review to see if I can help in any way.
- In terms of the items being "gold" and not satin brass like the picture we had explained that minor variations in terms of what device you are viewing the item on. The term "satin" is also not mentioned anywhere . If you look at any comparison online between "gold" and "brass" the colours are very close together.
- We mention that sale items are not eligible for returns in multiple areas on our website and also during checkout when you are required to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to checkout, when you then have to click that you have read and agree to the terms.
- The issue in terms of some bulbs not being sent in the original package was resolved as soon as the issue was raised with us and we do apologise about that!
We understand that your experience may not have been ideal but please note that this is not a true representation of how we do business. We are a small family owned and operated business and try to do everything we can to try and resolve any issues raised to us. We would ask that you reconsider this review as it can have a very detrimental effect on our operations.

Great Product and very efficient service
I was kept very well informed of the progress of my order, which arrived in a pretty short timeframe. Excellently packaged. Delighted with the two ceiling lights, which look really smart and sophisticated and have been much admired.

Goods not received
Ordered 7 months ago - order confirmation stated delivery expected within 3-4 weeks. Never heard anything more - no notice of delay, no customer service. I've contacted the helpdesk numerous times and the answer is always some variation of "it will be here soon", but inevitably the given time frame comes and goes with zero communication until I follow up again. Note that the item has been displayed as "in stock" the entire time, and it now sold for $100 less than I paid. The company has also declined to participate when the ACCC tried to mediate on my behalf, which leads me to believe that this company is deliberately using false and misleading sales tactics.
Steer well clear. These guys are no better than scam artists.

Purchased an item in September. The company claim the item was dispatched in March but it never arrived. Barely any communication and appalling customer service trying to resolve.
The complaints procedure is made deliberately difficult and by their own 'rules' we provided emails to show we had raised the issue within their stated timeframes.
They have stopped communicating with us and are refusing to offer a refund or replacement. We have tried to pursue a refund by other means but their locations means this isn't possible.
Feels like a professional scam at times
