Smooth process
Needed finance to have our conservatory roof insulated so used the 12 months interest free option. The whole process was really easy. Had a satisfaction survey phone call from a lovely lady who was professional and friendly.

Application process was a bit clunky and had to be followed by a call but the people I have spoken to cannot be faulted and offer an excellent service

Where to start?? Never answer after they got your money!
Where to start? That’s the thing. Don’t bother with this company.
Update: Tried contacting these lot again! Multiple times and still no answer!! Do any you work or answer. Constantly badger you at the start to get your monie!! and then read what sounds like a robotic script multiple times. Then when you have a prob, they don’t pick up the phone. No help whatsoever.

We are very sorry that you were unable to contact us as we try to answer all calls promptly. We tried several times last week to contact the original reviewer by telephone and subsequently by email. We have been trying to contact him for over two years as we have still not been sent all the documents required to set up his facility. We would like to discuss the issues you have, but receive no answer on either of the numbers we have for this account. Perhaps you could email us at cs@ideal4finance.com and provide an alternative number where we can contact you.
Shocking customer service
I’ve used these guys for years, to provide finance to my students for training courses. Today I received an email to state they are terminating my contract with zero explanation. I responded to ask why, and they said my contract ended earlier this month and I should contact the sales team if I want to discuss renewing. This is the first time I’ve heard from them, they never contacted me to ask if I’d like to renew, before completely terminating my contract. This has left me in a difficult position and a loss of business & income. Terribly managed and shocking customer service.

I had Stephen Fairhurst come to visit me today as i have been very unsure about offering finance to my customers .
He explained how it works and how simple it would be for my clients to use i decided to jump on board with Ideal4finance so i can offer my clients this option.
I would like to thank Stephen for his patience and explaining how it works in Plumbing terms .

Not the best start
Tried contacting this company to understand how it could benefit my clients by offering them finance solutions. The first time I left my details to be told someone would call me back, a week later I called again to be told I would be put through to Neil the business development manager, after being transferred it simply rang and rang. To his credit Neil did call me back to discuss the options but all in all not a good start.
