I have spoken to many conveyancing companies lately and some are appalling !
Debbie Matthews was professional and business like throughout even when I asked her some fairly challenging questions.
We will see how the process develops, I very much hope I will be able to recommend iconvey to others.

I have just spoken to Georgia to amend my invoice as some facts were not correct and she acted extremely professionally and swiftly and making things very clear,she sent emails to myself and the solicitors and I would recommend her to anyone.

Very good quick and efficient service with very helpful and professional staff.

I used iConvey who initially appeared to provide the service I required, selling my property.

Based on their comparison search, I selected a firm called BPL Solicitors. I have since discovered that iConvey and BPL are part of the same company.

Also, contrary to iConvey’s response to a review stating they do not charge a fee, I WAS charged a ‘recommendation fee’ however, I was later advised that was incorrect and told it would be deducted from my final bill - but only after pointing out BPL’s intro letter said I shouldn’t be charged.

The service, or lack of, has been a joke!

Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they continually mis-spelled the address of the property being sold (fairly essential for legal documents!) wrote a letter jointly to me and my ex at his address as if we were still married and not the property being sold. BPL also made reference to a complete stranger not involved in the sale advising that their passport was not signed.

These significant errors all occurred within a week of instructing BPL. When I expressed serious concerns and asked that information was double-checked before sending or actioning. Was BPL’s response to apologise and make an effort to take more care and correct their mistakes? NO! They decided to pull out.

I now have to start all over again finding a conveyancing firm and start the whole process from scratch. This is not a professional company and I now feel I probably had a narrow escape!

Deserve zero stars. Absolutely dreadful company. Referred me to solicitors from Hell and then did not want to know! The firm ignored me for 4 months before claiming they were shutting down (Mayland Porter). Iconvey are dreadful and do not "hold your hand" through the process. They take their fee and then do not want to know. Dishonest!

They will not handle your case. They will just pass the case to different solicitors firm, in my case BPL which are so slow that after five months, the sale is not made yet also they want to charge me more than the quote received by iConvey. When I contacted iConvey,, the guy from there told me to call BPL to discuss with them the extras, so he don’t care that i have to pay more than the quote he gave me. BAD BAD BAD!!!
Don’t make my mistake!
